<p>God is the One who reveals the power of resurrection to His children. In today's passage, Jesus spoke about the eighteen people who were killed when the Tower of Siloam collapsed, saying that all who do not repent will perish in the same way. He also told the parable of a fig tree planted in a vineyard; when the owner sought fruit but found none, he intended to cut it down, but the gardener suggested fertilizing it for one more year and watching it. Afterward, He healed a woman who had been bent over for eighteen years and straightened her out, declared that it is fitting to do good on the Sabbath, and told the parable of the mustard seed concerning the Kingdom of Heaven. Hallelujah.</p>
