광야와 메마른 땅이 기뻐하며

The desert and the parched land will be glad

사막이 백합화 같이 피어 즐거워하며

the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus,

무성하게 피어 기쁜 노래로 즐거워하며

it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy.

그것들이 여호와의 영광 곧 우리 하나님의 아름다움을 보리로다.

they will see the glory of the LORD, the splendor of our God.

그 때에 소경의 눈이 밝을 것이며

Then will the eyes of the blind be opened

귀머거리의 귀가 열릴 것이며

and the ears of the deaf unstopped.

그 때에 저는 자는 사슴 같이 뛸 것이며 벙어리의 혀는 노래하리니

Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy.

이는 광야에서 물이 솟겠고 사막에서 시내가 흐를 것임이라

Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.

거기 대로가 있어 그 길을 거룩한 길이라 부르리니

And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness.

깨끗지 못한 자는 지나지 못하겠고 오직 구속함을 입은 자들을 위하여 있게 된 것이라

The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way;

여호와의 속량함을 얻은 자들이 돌아오되 노래하며 시온에 이르러

and the ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing

그 머리 위에 영영한 희락을 띠고 기쁨과 즐거움을

얻으리니 슬픔과 탄식이 달아나리로다.

everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and

산상수훈 The Sermon on the Mount 6. 나의 보물 The Treasure of Mine

너희를 위하여 보물을 땅에 쌓아 두지 말라 거기는 좀과 동록이 해하며 도적이 구멍을 뚫고 도적질하느니라. 오직 너희를 위하여 보물을 하늘에 쌓아 두라 거기는 좀이나 동록이 해하지 못하며 도적이 구멍을 뚫지도 못하고 도적질도 못하느니라. 네 보물 있는 그 곳에는 네 마음도 있느니라. 눈은 몸의 등불이니 그러므로 네 눈이 성하면 온 몸이 밝을 것이요 눈이 나쁘면 온 몸이 어두울 것이니 그러므로 네게 있는 빛이 어두우면 그 어두움이 얼마나 하겠느뇨? 마태복음 6:19-23

"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. "But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. "The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness! Matthew 6:19-23

우리는 이 말씀의 결론을 알고 있습니다. 아니, 알고 있다고 생각합니다. 문제는 그 결론이 과연 복음적이냐는 것입니다. 우리가 복음의 회복을 이야기하는 것은 이미 알고 있다고 여기는 말씀들의 해석이 과연 복음적인지 이를 한번 의심하고 다시 바라보자는 것입니다. 주님의 복음은 우리를 짐에서 놓이게 하고 참 주님의 자유에 거하게 하는 것입니다. 복음적이지 않은 해석은 우리 신앙을 짐이 되게 하고 노예처럼 끌고 다니게 할 것입니다.

대체로 알고 있는 오늘 말씀에 대한 해석은 자신의 재산이나 재능, 시간, 열정 이러한 것들을 주님의 사역을 위해 바치면 영원한 복을 받는다는 식의 것입니다. 이는 세상적인 명예와 소유의 형태를 교회와 사역이라는 이름으로 바꾸었을 뿐 그것을 추구하는 마음의 본질은 다를 바 없습니다. 결국 누가 더 높고 많이 가지느냐의 문제일 뿐입니다. 그러한 것들은 결코 복음적일 수 없고 따라서 이는 바른 해석이 아닙니다.

하지만 우리의 마음이 그러한 것들을 추구하고 있다면 오늘의 말씀들은 그런 방향으로 보이도록 말씀하셨다는 점을 생각해 보아야 합니다. 즉 표면적 기독교가 존재하는 것도 주님의 허락 아래에서 이루어진 일이라는 것입니다. 하지만 이제는 한 삶들을 살아 보았고 주님의 참된 복음을 사모하는 마음으로 여기까지 왔다고 생각합니다. 그리고 이제 우리는 주님의 진정한 마음이 오늘 말씀에 무엇을 남겨 놓으셨는지를 생각해 보려고 합니다.

먼저는 여기 하늘이 죽은 후에 가는 천국을 말씀하신 것이 아니라는 점을 생각해야 합니다. 주님의 복음은 오늘의 복음입니다. 즉 우리는 이 말씀들의 의미를 오늘에 우리 삶에 존재하는 하늘, 즉 보이지 않는 세계에 관한 일로 찾아야 합니다. 둘째, 주님의 말씀들에서 우리는 몇 가지 연관 관계를 찾아낼 수 있습니다. 즉 보물 있는 곳에 마음이 있고 또 우리가 알다시피 마음 있는 곳에 몸도 따라 가게 되어 있습니다. 그리고 눈을 언급하셨습니다.

그러면 이 말씀은 첫 번째 계명, 즉 “마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 주 너의 하나님을 사랑하라.”는 말씀에 대한 해설을 가능케 합니다. 이 계명은 실제로는 실행할 수 없는 것입니다. 해 본 사람이라면 공감할 것입니다. 즉 그 말은 하나님의 언약이기 때문에 하나님께서 하나님의 때에 친히 성취하신다는 말입니다. 그런 이해로서 오늘 말씀도 역시 하나님께서 그 언약을 성취하시는 방식에 대한 것임을 알아야 합니다.

오늘 말씀하신 이 부분에 대한 분별이 없다면 아무리 전 재산과 온 생명을 다해 주를 섬긴다 해도 그것도 결국 더 고상한 소유를 쌓는 행위일 수 있습니다. 즉 오늘 말씀은 더 하라는 것이 아니라 “보라.”는 것입니다. 그럼 몸은 마음을 따르고 마음은 보물 있는 곳에 있으니 우리 눈으로 볼 것은 ‘과연 내 보물이 어디에 있느냐?’입니다. 그곳은 장소와 시간에 있지 않습니다. 자신이 알 것입니다.

그러면 이제 무엇을 할 것입니까? 현재 내게 있는 것들은 내게 무엇입니까? 크고 작은 정도의 차이는 있을지언정 내게 소중하지 않은 것은 없습니다. 즉 어떤 의미에서는 내게 있는 모든 것이 다 보물이라는 말입니다. 그러면 그것을 하늘에 쌓는 대신, 그것들이 모두 하늘로부터 축복으로 주어진 것임을 알면 어떠할까요? 그러면 내가 가지고 있던 그것을 사용하던 누구를 위해서 주던 다를 바가 없을 것입니다. 왜냐하면 거기가 모두 하늘이기 때문입니다.

We know the conclusion of this statement. No, you think you do. The question is whether the conclusion is biblical. We must question whether the interpretations of the words we believe we already know about the restoration of the gospel are biblical, and look again. The gospel of the Lord is what puts us out of our burden and makes us live in his freedom. Non-godly interpretations will burden our faith and lead us around like slaves.

If you dedicate your wealth, talent, time, and passion to the Lord's ministry, you will be blessed forever, according to the general knowledge of today's words. This has changed the form of worldly honor and possession into the name of church and ministry, but the essence of the mind that pursues it is no different. It's just a matter of who gets higher and has more. Such things can never be biblical, so it's not a correct interpretation.

However, we must consider that if our minds pursue them, today's words should appear in that direction. In other words, the existence of superficial Christianity was done with the Lord's permission. But now I think I've lived one life and have come this far with a longing for the true gospel of the Lord. And now we're going to think about what the Lord's true heart has left in today's words.

First of all, we must remember that the Lord is not referring to the heaven that is after death. The gospel of the Lord is today's gospel. In other words, we must find the meaning of these words as a matter of the heaven that exists in our lives today, the invisible world. Second, we can find several connections in the words of the Lord. In other words, the mind is where the treasure is, and the body is supposed to follow where the mind is, as we know it. And He mentioned the eyes.

This then makes it possible to explain the first commandment, which is, "Love the Lord, God, with all your heart, with all your life, with all your mind." These commandments are practically unworkable. Anyone who has done them will agree. In other words, because it is God's covenant, God personally achieves it at his time. With that understanding, you should know that today's words are also about the way God fulfills that covenant.

No matter how much you serve the LORD with all your fortune and all your life, it could be an act of building more possessions if you do not have any discernment about this. In other words, today's message is not to ask you to do more, but to "look." Then, since the body follows the heart and the heart is where the treasure is, what we can see with our eyes is 'Where is my treasure?' It is not in the place and the time. You will know it yourself.

So what are you going to do now? What are the things that I have at the moment? There may be differences between big and small, but there is nothing that is not precious to me. In a sense, everything that I have is a treasure. So instead of stacking it up in heaven, what if I know that they are all blessed by heaven? Then it will be no different than giving it to anyone, no matter who I have used it. Because it's all heaven.
