Raynaud Syndrome, rheumatism and toes'swelling

Raynaud syndrome (phenomenon), buerger's disease, rheumatism are basically same
symptoms in the eyes of eastern medicine relating to liver and heart.
        
They come from the weakness of liver and heart, so they seemed to be uncurable disease
to the western medicine. So the treatment does not exist, however the patients who have
those symptoms are treated with some kinds of steroids, anti-inflammatories and pain-killers.
As you know it is not treatment but only lower the symptoms at that moment and finally
make the symptoms worsened.

The following case is for the woman who has been bothered with raynaud syndrome of 24 years.
Still the treatment is not finished but the reason why I write the case record is not to skip the
case study due to poor time  and the second toes of her feet has already begun to be rotten
but now it was recovered by over 50% as they looks good.

The purpose of this record is to study that the marginal symptoms are caused by;
poor blood circulation
the fluids of marginal area were not so spreaded as enough
and why these happen

and the surgery should be worsen the symptoms
and the treatment of western medicine which should be partial treatment should worsen the
symptoms.

1. Personal Information( 047106 )
Cha  0    0, female, 57 years old
Address : Kangnamgu, Seoul, South Korea
Appearance : a little short and stout
Occupation :  a clerk of clothes mall ( She usually us her hands even in cold air )

2. Chief Complaints
1) The raynaud phenomenon has begun since 24 years ago from a disital finger through
palm to wrists and ankles and now second toe of feet are getting rotten with red wine color.
2) Very sensitive on the tongue to hot taste.
3) Fingers are always swelled.
4) She has been taking chemical medicine prescribed by the doctor of western medicine
but not valid at all and now it gets worsened.
5) Often mirgraine
6) Cramps in the legs during sleeping
7) Left toes get swelled with fluids and right toes are terribly painful.
8) Usually the finger skin is peeled away

3. Other symptoms and signs
1) She got a surgey of removal of uterus due to myoma.
2) 13 years ago, she got a surgery of implant of blood vessel on the wrist area for raynaud
syndrome but, as you see now, no valid at all.
3) She had taken tablets for dermatophytosis on the nails of fingers and toes.
4) Usually swelled face
5) From the ankles to inguinal region, clear varix and new vessels like spider's thread.
6) She has taken hypotensives for 10 years and
7) also some tablets for rheumatism and calcium.
8) Feeling of drought and fissure on the tongue.
9) Pain on the sole of foot since 2-3 years ago.

Pulse : Strong, big, tensed, a little float and slow (55/min)
Tongue : Enlarged, deep coated with white but geographic with mirror surface
Abdomen : a little siffness on the right upper
               a little pain on both low back

4. Diagnosis
Liver congestive
Heart small
Spleen strong
Lung weak
Kidney big but weak

5. Pathology
It is normal response to raise blood pressure and tense blood vessels under low temperature.
But if the heart is small and weak, it is better not to do so for protecting heart itself.
This ios the basic pathology of marginal symptoms due to poor blood circulation.

Furthermore, if the lung is weak, the evaporation on the marginal area is also poor, which
makes the raynaud's phenonmenon, rheumatism and other symptoms.

The change of skin color of raynaud patients means that the blood is getting devastated,
whose pathology is not exist in western medicine.

If the blood is not properly purified soon, the devastated blood would flow into liver, kidney
or other organs such as brain, which would cause fatal diseases.

Naturally, if it reiterates, the disorders of the end of fingers and toes would
happen such as athelet's foot or eczema or other autoimmunin symptoms as you see it in
this case. Actually the patient's toes begin to be getting rotten. So if harabi's treatment is
late a liitle, her toes would have been lost.

To stop taking chemical tablets prescribed by western medicine as soon as possible

7. Results

1st Prescription
To lower fever and to get rid of humidity

1st Result
Stopped rheumatism tablets however the swelling on the hands got better a little.
Stopped tablets for hypertension by half.
Reduced geographic tongue a little
The number of pulse increased to 70/min.

2nd Prescription
Increased for irrigation

2nd Result
It is better on mirror surface in geogrphic area.

3rd Prescription
Increased for blood circulation
Odered her to reduce hypotensives to a quater.

3rd Result
Much reduced geographic tongue
Sometimes the pain on the toes are terrible but it is normal due to stopping pain-killer.

4th Prescription
Added for Ki improvement

4th Result
A first she confessed the raynaud syndrome is gewtting better.
She stopped the hyotensives at all but no problems
Still the pain remains on the central upper abdomen

5th Prescription
Increased for Ki improvement

5th Result
She can feel fluid in her mouth.
The toes getting rotten recovered to normal toes.
No peeling off skin on the fingers

6th Prescription
Increased for irrigation

6th Result
The pain on the sole of foot was remarkable reduced.

7th prescription
To increased irrigation

When she works over, the fatigue and swelling face remain but the reality is much better
than before. For example, no morning stiffness even though not taking rheumatism tablets.
The important change is that she feels her fingers warm under low temperature.
She feels raynaud onto second finger joint. it was a big thing because it has been on to palm
and wrist area before. The same change is on the feet onto toes from ankles before.

The blood pressure is around below 130 thought she stopped hypotensives from a couple
of months completely.

Epilogue
She has at first experienced the recovery of her symptoms since 24 years ago.
Furthermore she stopped taking chemical drugs prescribed by western medicine but
her physical condition has been better and better. What does this means?
