On awakening, you failed to spring to your feet. Lingering out of bed, you were left with wonder what else you could do. If it was true that you were being betrayed by your body, you had to reconsider and accept what you can do when you're more advanced in age. By the time you're 70 and older, it may take quite a few seconds to straighten your back. When it occurred to you that it's the telltale signs of lurching into old age, you'd have to think seriously about how you can go through last chapters. Basically, no amount of effort can reverse the aging process in its tracks. But if you decide what kind of differecne you want to make, you'll end up making the best out of getting on in years. First of all, you choose not to cover up any of your mental discomfort. Of course, you want to live as well and as long as you can, and then you need to get away from any kind of mental sufferings such as loneliness and anxiety. But it felt like a paradox in a sense that the idea of living a quality life came to you out of blue, and the idea of getting older appealed to you as a way of personal mental welfare. That being said, you can never tap the source of youth or ward off everyday stress. You can just fill in the details you've skipped over.
