I have heard that biologically we humans need day-sleep and night-sleep both. When I see myself, I find it's true. I sleep 6 or 7 hours at night. When I am home, I usually get sleepy during the day. It's the time I take a nap when I can't keep my eyes open. Day-sleeping became one of my daily routine. I absolutely get refreshed when I got up from a nap during day, so I can do better in anything without feeling sleepy.
Well, some say that 6 hour-sound-sleep is more than enough. But 6hour sleep will never be enough for me. People get sleepy after lunch. If we are not to be designed having two-time-sleep a day, why do we get sleepy in the middle of work?
Conculusion? Although the theory is right, we are all different beings which means we can't apply one's biorhythm just to anyone.
