Duties and Responsibilities: For Trading Sales / For Food Business
-Create POs in SAP
-Follow-up on Shipping schedule with Brazil/ Indonesia
-When receiving the shipping schedule from Brazil/Indonesia/China, send it to forwarders
-Follow-up with BR/CH to send shipping documents
-Inform the Consignment customers and public w.h about the shipping schedule and containers # (excel report)
-Enter Invoice in SAP
-Report issues related to errors on shipping documents with CJ Brazil and Freight Forwarders/ Shipping lines
-When shipment arrives at the warehouses, do the G/R in SAP (receive material into SAP to the respective Storage location)
-Send warehouse releases with container numbers to the warehouses (After order's shipped) Create Sales Order in SAP
-Create outbound delivery in SAP
-Invoice the orders from SAP (Billing document) and mail the customer
-Process Trade sales orders from Mexico, Venezuela, etc
-Create excel invoices and Packing Lists for trade sales and send shipping docs to the Trade customers
-Create Credit Memo and Debit Memo in SAP; when necessary
-Double check Invoices from vendors (MMD, etc) and inform Admin Assistant the reference no. (invoice or PO)
-Month-end: send to L.A: Inventory Valuation and In transit valuation for Cargo Insurance
-Month-end: Update BIO-DRIVE report w/ sales & PO's and mail it out
Job Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of experience
-MS Office program (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
-Fluency in English is essential, and a working knowledge of Korean or Spanish is highly desirable.
-ERP Program user is highly desirable
Educational Background
-College graduate who majors in accounting or international trade is desirable.
