Like if a friend of you comes to you and says "I broke my pen.." and you find the problem to be trivial, you would tell him/her, "cry me a river"<br /><br /><br /><br />it's usually a bit of a rude phrase though, so I wouldn't use it to a stranger <br /><br /></p>
