1. Among three types of arts, I admire painters most, because painting is the most implcit and creative way to express one's ideas and emotion. For example, when looking at Goh?'s self-portrait, people can know that the poainter had unstable go and agitated emotions. Also, just by looking at the patining, people can feel some sense of depression and anger. For this reason, I think painting is the most effective and creative way to express one's ideas and emotions and admire painters most.
2. This is kind of complicated question to me and I think everything depends on what types of class that I have to study for. On one hand, if I am going to study for my major subject, I prefer paper copies because I can take some notes and draw some graphs on it in oder to increase my understanding. On the other hand, if I have to study for my general education class, I am going to use electron book because those subjects do not require me to comprehend difficult concept. so I don't have to carry heavy paper copies. For these reasons, this question is complicated to me.
3. The male student strongly agrees with the university's voluntary program called "community service trip" which offers students opportunity to help repairing facilities in nearby parks. First of all, he argues that the program can encourage a lot of students to participate in voluntary work. He says that there are a number of students who were interested in volunteerary programs but could not do because they did not know how to get the place and did not have money. With the universities support with busese and hotel fee, a lot of students can participate in the program. Moreover, the male student maintains that the period of one week is enough for students to receive training and apply the skill to actual work.
4. The professor exaplains his own example in order to exaplain pessive aggressive behavior. According to the lecture, one day, the professor held his birth day party and invited all the family member and his freidns. However, just before the party, his sister called him and said that she could not come. At that time, he thought that he was understandind the sister's situation and felt sympathatic about her. Yet, deep inside himself, he was depressed and annoyed at the sister. And a few days later, he had a lunch appointment with the sister but he was late. Later, he realized that his lateness was the result of anger toward his sister. All the process that I am talking about is exapliaining pessive aggressive behavior.
5. The female student has a serious problem with her creative writing class because her writing class is crowded with so many students. Given the choice between two possible solutions, I would choose the second one if I were in the student's situation. If she chose to wait until next semester to take professor klain's writing class, she even though she cannot improve her writing skill right now, but he can take qualilty-lecture. However, if the woman simply chose to take another professor' writing class, may be, the class would not be very helpful for fer becuase she doesn't know about the professor. For these reasons, I would recommend the second option for the female student.
6. The lecturer explains two ways how ant prevent their nest from being dried. The first method is transfering water to their nest. some ant species forage some water and after finding water source, they transfer the water droplet to their nest. The second method to humidify the nest is harvesting plant that naturally collects water. For example, bull .....여기서 부터 횡설수설하다가 끝났어요.

In the lecture, the lecturer argues that the reading passage exaggerated the negetive effects of graining the lake powell. This casts doubt on the reading's idea that the lake powell should not be drained. In other words, the reading is somewhat wrong, less convincing and even overgeneralized.
To begin with, the lecturer maintains that the glen canyon had bearutiful scenery before the construction of a dam. He adds that people living in the neargy regions of the lake would earn more money from trousim if they darin the lake and resotre the glen canyopn. This refutes the reading's idea that elimination of lake powell will cause decrease in tourists visiting the area and adversely affect the economy of the regions.
Moreover, the lecturer insists that the lake powell has too high water evaporation rate to be a desirable water storage. He suggests that people in neighboring regions can obtain better water source by building water reservoir in some places having less water evaporation rate. This rebuts the reading's idea that people in the regions will lose a great water source if they drain the lake.
Lastly, the lecturer contends that the chemicals realsed from the dam into water is harmful for local wild lives. He exaplains that the constuction of the dam has much more damage on the loval environment than draining of the lake would do. This contradicts the reading's idea that elimination of the lake would have negative affect on local wild animals.

Over the past a few decades, it has been generally argued about whether people should ask their friends for help when having problem with doing schoolwork. Some people might argue that friends cannot help them with their school assignment even if friends have a profound knowledge; nevertheless, other people might disagree with. However, I believe that this is a quite complicated topic and everything depends on what types of calsses that people have to finishi their schoolwork for. Actually, I have a couple of reasons for my idea. I will clearly show and develop why I maintain my assertion as specifically as I can in the next following pargraphs: when doing schoolwork for major class and when writing assignment for general education class.
To begin with, people cannot receive enough help with their schoolwork in major classes from their friends. If people ask their friends for help when having trouble with writing paper in major classes, they cannot receive much aid, because friends cannot teach how to organize their writings effectively. On the other hand, if students visit professional tutors so as to get advice about their schoolwotk, professional tutors can give not only a lot of professional knowledge but also some tips about how students can organize their paper and exaplin their idea more succesfully. To tell one of my storeis as an example, when I was a junior in my college, I was majoring in architecture. One day, my professor demanded that students write paper redarding the comparison and contrast between the ancient roman and greek architectures. Since I did not have a lot of propfessional knowledge, I asked my friend who was interested in the topic to help me with the paper. Nonetheless, my friend just provided me a plentiful information about the topic but could not tell me how I should organize the information effectively so that I was receive a decent grade on my paper. Therefore, I could not come up with good writing and received a poor grade on my paper. If I had visitied a professional tutor to receive some aids, I could have done better on my paper.
On the other hand, if people have a difficulty with doing schoolwork for their general education classes, they can receive sufficient help from their friends. Even with shallow and somewhat superficial knowledge, students can attain good grades on their school assignment in general education classes, and people can be offered with those information from their friends. For instance, my younger brother takes American history class as his general education class. Whenever he has a hard time writing assginment for the class, he asks his best friend, Sarah to help him with the paper. He says that thanks to Sarah's help, he can acquire any knowledge that he needs to write his paper. In fact, KSC, Korean Statistical Center in South Korea sonducted a survey on 1000 students attending Seou National Unversity pertaining to whehter they can receive adequate amount of help for their schoolwork for general education subjects. Interestingly, about more than 80 percent of them replied that their friends are quite helpful for them when they have to write paper for general education classes. This clearly shows that there is no problem with receving aid with school assignment for general education classes from friends.
