Big congratulations to our outstanding students! 우수한 학생들에게 큰 축하를 보냅니다!

We’re incredibly proud of Ms. Jane Xaverine, Ms. Kumutha Raman, and Ms. Nurul Izzati Khairuddin from the Faculty of Education and Liberal Arts (FELA), who secured the Silver Medal at INNOZILLA 2024 for their project, Reading Buddy. This innovative mobile app, designed for young rural children, combines culture-centered stories with interactive elements like pronunciation aids, quizzes, and a reward system to keep young learners engaged and motivated.

In addition, a huge shoutout to Muhammad Haneef Khalid from the Bachelor of Computer Science (Software Engineering) programme and Eilyas Shamsheer Shamsuri from the Diploma in Business programme for winning the Bronze Medal with their SaveIt! Smart Pantry App

Their app uses real-time sensors to monitor perishables and alert users before food spoils—tackling food waste and promoting sustainability.

Both projects, showcased at INNOZILLA 2024 at Universiti Sains Malaysia, demonstrate the power of innovation, collaboration, and real-world impact.

교육 및 교양학부(FELA)의 제인 자베린, 쿠무타 라만, 누룰 이자티 카이루딘이 '리딩 버디' 프로젝트로 이노질라 2024에서 은메달을 획득한 것을 매우 자랑스럽게 생각합니다. 농촌 어린이를 위해 설계된 이 혁신적인 모바일 앱은 문화 중심의 이야기와 발음 보조 도구, 퀴즈, 보상 시스템과 같은 인터랙티브 요소를 결합하여 어린 학습자의 참여와 동기 부여를 유지합니다.
또한, SaveIt! 스마트 팬트리 앱으로 동메달을 획득한 컴퓨터 과학(소프트웨어 공학) 학사 프로그램의 무하마드 하니프 칼리드와 비즈니스 디플로마 프로그램의 일리아스 샴셔 샴수리에게 큰 박수를 보냈습니다
이 앱은 실시간 센서를 사용하여 음식물이 상하기 전에 상하기 쉬운 음식을 모니터링하고 사용자에게 경고하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하고 지속 가능성을 촉진합니다.
말레이시아 세인스 대학교에서 열린 이노질라 2024에서 선보인 두 프로젝트는 혁신, 협업, 실제 영향력을 보여줍니다.
