The title of this cartoon is "Ruby's Tea Party."
Max was playing a pirate. Ruby wanted Max to help prepare for the tea party, so she asked him to put the tablecloth on the table. But Max hanged hung the tablecloth at on the branch.
And then, Ruby requested Max to put the napkin boats on the table. However, he floated them on the water.
Everything was prepared, but the dolls disappeared. Max had made her doll walk the plank.
Ruby asked Max to take all her dolls to the table. She dressed up and wanted to put on her necklace.
But there was no necklace. Ruby thought Max took it and asked him to play pirate.
They dig dug the soil, and there was the necklace. And Ruby invited Max to the tea party.
