[眞如華]

     4-2.

     經於百億劫      敎住須陀洹果      經於千億劫      敎住斯陀含果      經於百千億劫      敎住阿那含果      經於那由他億劫      敎住阿羅漢果      經於百千那由他億劫      敎住辟支佛道      佛子      於意云何      是人功德      寧爲多不

또 백억 겁을 지낸 뒤에 수다원과에 머물게 하고, 천억 겁을 지낸 뒤에 사다함과에 머물게 하고, 백천억 겁을 지낸뒤에 아나함과에 머물게 하고, 나유타억 겁을 지낸 뒤에 아라한과에 머물게 하고, 백천 나유타억 겁을 지낸 뒤에 가르쳐서 벽지불도에 머물게 하였다면, 불자여, 어떻게 생각하는가, 이 사람의 공덕이 많다고 하겠는가?

for a hundred billion eons, then teaching them dwell in the state of stream-enterer for a trillion eons, then teaching them to dwell in the state of once-returner for a hundred thousand billion eons, then teaching them to dwell in the state of nonreturner for a nayuta billion eons, then teaching them to dwell in sainthood for a hundred thousand nayuta billion eons, then teaching them to dwell in the path of the self-enlightened; do you think this person’s merit would be great?

; 또 백억 겁을 지낸 뒤에

to dwell in the state of stream-enterer

; 수다원과에 머물게 하고

for a trillion eons; 천억 겁을 지낸 뒤에

to dwell in the state of once-returner

; 사다함과에 머물게 하고

for a hundred thousand billion eons

; 백천억 겁을 지낸뒤에

to dwell in the state of nonreturner

; 아나함과에 머물게 하고

for a nayuta billion eons

; 나유타억 겁을 지낸 뒤에

to dwell in sainthood

; 아라한과에 머물게 하고

for a hundred thousand nayuta billion eons

; 백천 나유타억 겁을 지낸 뒤에

then teaching them; 가르쳐서

to dwell in the path of the self-enlightened

; 벽지불도에 머물게 하였다면

do you think; 어떻게 생각하는가

this person’s merit would be great

; 이 사람의 공덕이 많다고 하겠는가
