1.doc-uments required after purchase order

1.1 General

1) The name of client, project name, job no., item no., Requisition., the name of  commodity shall   be specified in all of doc-uments and  drawings.

2) The metric and the Celsius unit shall be applied as the measurement system in all respects.

3) English shall be applied as wording

4) Nos. of doc-uments and drawings

   (1) For approval / Review

   (2) For final

   (3) Inspection & test record

   (4) Instruction manuals

   (5) Complete books(*) of final doc-uments and drawings

   (6) Minutes of meeting

Note(*) : instruction for the complication of the final doc-uments and drawings will be informed later by purchaser.

1.2 Issue schedule and kinds of doc-uments/drawings

   All of the doc-uments and drawings shall be arrived at Purchaser’s office within the “days” specified hereunder.

1) General

   (1) Design basis

   (2) Scope of supply and work

     -Scope of supply and work

     -Out of Vendor’s scope

   (3) Deviation and clarification

    (4) Manufacturing & delivery schedule

    (5) Specification of painting and anti-corrosion treatment at shop

    (6)   Vender print index and schedule

    (7) Manufacturer’s list

    (8) Catalogue for apparatus

    (9) Monthly reports of progress

    (10) Minutes of meeting

    (11) Others upon mutual agreement

    (12) Engineering information required for civil elect. Design(drawing & doc-ument)

2) Technical

   (1) data sheet of  F/A equipment

   (2) Specification of F/A equipment

   (3) Assembly drawings and parts drawings

      a. Structural drawings, completely dimensioned, shoeing:

        - Arrangement

        - Plan, front view, and other elevation view if pertinent

        - Required clearances for opening doors and for maintenance

        - Cable entrance location and configurations

        - Incoming and outgoing cable terminator positions

        - Purchaser’s wiring terminal block locations. And all other terminal block locations.

        - Anchor bolt locations

        - Grounding connections

        - Weight of equipment

     b. Elementary diagrams showing

      - Each elementary (schematic) wiring diagram shall show all components, control devices and device contacts.

      - Each elementary diagram shall show device and terminal block numbers.

     c. Detailed connections (wiring) diagrams shoeing.

      - Approximate physical location of all item in each unit

      - All wiring within each unit

      - All interconnecting wiring between equipments

      -Identification of terminal blocks and all connections to be made by purchaser.

     d. Material list

      - Listing the quantity, type, rating, and Manufacturer’s catalog number of all components.

     e. System block diagram

3) Inspection and test at shop/field

  (1) Inspection and test specification

  (2) Application of witness

  (3) Inspection and test reports and records

4) Operation and Maintenance

 (1) Specification of spare parts for two years continuous operation including.

    Spare parts list indicating item no., purchaser’s job no., parts no., name of part,

outline drawing with dimension and tolerance, Material, quantity(working per one

set and spare total), part drawing no. and reference drawing no., name of

manufacturer, and other information

(2) Instruction manual(with special tool list) for operation, installation and maintenance

5) Complete books of the final doc-uments and drawings shall be submitted at the data

informed later by Purchaser
