The phrase "one of you will betray Me – one who is eating with Me" carries the same meaning as "someone among you in this church will betray the church." Judas had his own opinions, but he turned away to take care of his own interests. People like Judas don't keep their word and are unreliable.
Jesus knew that Judas would betray Him, yet He still kept him close. Similarly, within this church, there may be someone who will betray the church, cause disturbances, and yet they are allowed to stay. Why? Because He wants to save them. However, they reject the opportunity for salvation themselves. That's why it's said, "good for that man if he had not been born."
