兇謀(흉모)는 야만스러운 행동이다.

  Hyeongma(兇謀,흉모 - Malicious Plotting) is a barbaric act.

인간이 야만스럽게 행동하면 착한 사람들이 怒(노)하게 하고 의로운 사람을 해친다.

  When human beings act batbatically,

   they provoke the anger of good people and bring harm to the righteous.

어찌 아무런 연유 없이 사물의 이치를 죽일 것이며, 어찌 아무런 연유 없이 天道(천도)를 滅(멸)하겠는가?

 How could one, for no reason at all, destroy the natural order of things,

  and how could one, without cause, obliterate the Heavenly Way(天道,천도)?

재난이 급하게 닥치지 않더라도 긴 밤에 빛물이 넘쳐 흐르게 되리라.

  Even if disaster dose not strike swiftly, 

  debt will overflow like rushing water through the long night.

兇謀者는 蠻行也라 (흉모자는 만행야라)

  One who devises malicious plots commits a barbaric act.

人有蠻行則怒善人하며 咬義人하여 (인유만행즉노선인하며 교의인하여)

  When a person acts barbarically,

  they provoke the anger of good people and bite(harm) the rightous.

無何而惡戮物理하고 無何而頑滅天道하니 (무하이오륙물리하고 무하이완멸천도하니)

  For no reason at all, they defile and destroy the natural order of things,

  and without cause, they stubbornly obliterate the Heavenly Way(天道,천도).

禍不驟라도 乃長夜雨漫이니라. (화불취라도 내장야우만이니라.)

  Even if misfortune dose not strike swiftly,

  it will ultimately become a long night overflowing with endless rain.

[Explanation, 풀이]

착한 사람은 인간의 이치를 상징하고, 의로운 사람은 天道(천도)를 붙드는 사람이다.

  A good person symbolizes human reason,

  and a righteous person is one who upholds the heavenly Way(天道,천도).

이러한 사람은 하늘이 아끼는 바로 이러한 사람들에게 하는
야만스러운 행동은 하늘을 두려워하지 않는 행동인 것이다.

  These are the very individuals whom Heaven cherishes;

   therefore, committing barbaric acts against them is an act that shows no fear of Heaven.

어찌 하늘이 용서하겠는가?
  How could Heaven ever forgive such actions?
