<p>Someone who knows even a little about the Bible will recognize that now is the time when the fig tree has already welcomed summer and is transitioning from summer to autumn. The time for the coming of Jesus is drawing near.</p><p> </p><p>When it reached verse 50, no one remained by Jesus' side. Peter's vehement oath, the disciples' oaths, initially attempting to defend Jesus even to the point of wielding a sword, but later they all left Him and fled; this is not just the appearance of Jesus' disciples, but also the appearance of us today. One day, many holy people of God will disappear.</p><p> </p><p>Let us watch closely the place where the disciples fell and be cautious not to fall ourselves, staying awake and following the Lord to the end.</p><p> </p><p><i>Excerpt from the sermon by Pastor Lee, May 15, 2024.</i></p><p><i>Mar 14:43-50</i></p>
