시진핑 중국 국가주석이 오는 10월 30일부터 11월 1일까지 한국을 11년만에 방문하게 되어 환영드립니다.

2013년 주석 임기가 시작 한 이후 바로 다음해인  2014년 당시 한국을 방문하여 박근혜 전 대통령을 만났고 이후 ‘10년이면 강산도 변한다는 시간’이 양 국가와 더 나아가 글로벌 측면에서 흘렀습니다.

제가 한국의 경제시곗바늘이 오후 3시에 진입하는 시점을 2019년으로 보고 있다는 점에서, 2014년과 2025년의 차이는 단순히 11년 차이가 아니라 경제시곗바늘은 상당한 상황 변화를 의미한다 하겠습니다.

또한 당초 31일 참석하는 APEC 정상회의의 주관은 윤석열 전 대통령의 주관으로 이루어질 계획으로 출발하였으나 지금 그는 아시다시피 매우 훌쩍하게 여윈 모습으로 박근혜 전 대통령이 수감된 감옥보다 40% 정도 좁은 곳에 수감중입니다.

그가 이렇게 된 첫 번째 이유는 그의 불찰이었고 두 번째 이유는 그의 편향된 인사관리였다면 세 번째 이유는 한국 국가시스템에서 그 문제를 찾아야 된다는 게 제 분석 관점입니다.

특히 다음 사진 속에 나오는 시진핑 주석의 심복 속에서 그 메시지가 내포되어 있다는 점에서 ‘3시 정동희’가 대한민국의 양심있는 국민들을 대신하여 유감을 표명드리는 바입니다.

이틀전인 23일 폐막한 중국 공산당 중앙위원회(당 중앙위) 제20기 제4차 전체회의(4중전회)가 있었습니다. 당 중앙위는 이번 4중전회에서 2026~2030년 경제·사회 발전 계획인 ‘15차 5개년 계획’의 초안을 통과시켰고 당 중앙군사위 부주석에 장성민 현 중앙군사위원을 임명하고, 당 중앙위원 11명을 새로 임명하는 대폭의 인사도 마무리한 것으로 보도되었습니다.

저는 이 회의에서 논의된 2026~2030년을 매우 중요한 시기로 보고 있습니다.

왜냐하면 저의 분석 툴에 의하면 이 시기 한국의 경제시곗바늘이 오후 4시에 진입하는 시기 초기가 포함되어 있을 가능성이 매우 높기 때문입니다.

이 시기 아시아의 생존모델이 무엇인가에 대한 저의 고민은 2019년부터 계속 이어지고 있고 그 고민의 결과로 인하여 “아시아의 별”이라고 붙인 저의 모델이 완성되고 있습니다. 부디 시진핑 중국 국가주석이 결자해지 차원에서 한국에 2014년 찾아왔을 때 만났던 박근혜 전 대통령의 탄핵이 이후에 있었고 2025년 매우 복잡하게 여러 이유가 원인이 된 윤석열 전 대통령의 탄핵이 얼마 전에 있었던 ‘비극적 한국 정치상황’에 대하여 “상호공존”의 차원에서 접근해주시기를 3시 정동희가 감히 제언드립니다.

경주, 통일 한국이 역사에 최초로 시작된 흔적이 남아있는 곳입니다.

부디 이 곳에서 분열의 틈 사이가 아시아로 발전되는 게 아니라, 통합의 씨앗이 아시아로 발전되는 기운을 받으시기를 희망합니다.

Zheng Dong-hee's letter to our respected President Xi Jinping

We welcome Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit Korea for the first time in 11 years from October 30 to November 1.
After his term as President began in 2013, he visited Korea in 2014, the very next year, and met with former President Park Geun-hye. Since then, ‘10 years is a time when even a strong mountain can change’ has passed in both countries and the global community.
Given that I see 2019 as the time when Korea's economic clock enters at 3 p.m., the difference between 2014 and 2025 is not simply an 11-year difference, but the economic clock signifies a significant change in the situation.
In addition, it was originally planned that the APEC summit to be attended on the 31st would be hosted by former President Yoon Seok-yeol, but as you know, he is now very emaciated and is being imprisoned in a prison that is about 40% smaller than the prison where former President Park Geun-hye was imprisoned.
The first reason he became like this was his non-appointment, the second reason was his biased personnel management, and my analytical perspective is that the third reason is that the problem must be found in the Korean national system.

The 4th plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC Central Committee) closed two days ago, on the 23rd. At this fourth plenary session, the Party's Central Committee passed the draft of the '15th Five-Year Plan', an economic and social development plan for 2026-2030, and appointed current Central Military Commission member Jang Seong-min as Vice Chairman of the Party's Central Military Commission. It was also reported that significant personnel appointments were completed, including the appointment of 11 new members of the Party's Central Committee.
I see the 2026-2030 period discussed at this meeting as a very important period.
This is because, according to my analysis tool, it is very likely that this period includes the early part of the period when Korea's economic clock reaches 4 p.m.
My concerns about what Asia's survival model is during this period have continued since 2019, and as a result of those concerns, my model, which I have named “The Star of Asia,” is being completed.
Please, '3 O'Clock Zheng Dong-hee', dare to suggest that you approach the 'tragic Korean political situation' from the perspective of 'mutual coexistence', which was followed by the impeachment of former President Park Geun-hye, whom Chinese President Xi Jinping met when he visited Korea in 2014 to terminate the alliance, and the recent impeachment of former President Yoon Seok-yeol in 2025, which was caused by a variety of very complicated reasons.
Gyeongju, the place where traces of the first beginning of unified Korea remain in history.
I hope that this place will not allow the gaps of division to develop into Asia, but will encourage the seeds of integration to develop into Asia.
