인천 쿠팡 물류센터에서 불이 나 소방 당국이 경보령을 발령하고 진화에 나섰다. 가연 물질이 많아 진화엔 다소 시간이 걸릴 전망이다.

18일 인천소방본부에 따르면 이날 오전 6시 54분쯤 인천시 서구 석남동 쿠팡 물류센터 6층에서 불이 났다는 신고가 119에 접수됐다.

소방 당국은 인력 219명과 펌프차 등 장비 79대를 동원해 4시간 넘게 불을 끄고 있다.

이 불로 물류센터 직원 등 121명이 대피했다. 현재까지 인명 피해는 없는 것으로 파악됐다.

검은 연기가 건물 외부로 치솟아 소방 당국에 관련 신고 27건이 잇따라 접수됐다.

소방 당국은 화재 발생 2시간 21분 만인 오전 9시 15분쯤 관할 소방서 인력 전체가 출동하는 대응 1단계를 발령했다.
