아펙회의 하루 전날 버젓이 국가범죄를 저지르는 호주 앤서니 앨버니지 총리 (정동희 뷰)

경주 아시아태평양경제협력체(APEC) 정상회의를 계기로 앤서니 앨버니지 호주 총리가 한국을 방문한 어제 10월 29일, 호주 법무장관은 2024년 2월부터 시작된 호주 국영은행장의 대규모 뇌물부패 사건을 신고한 공익신고자이자 관련 민사재판 승소자인 나(=Zheng)의 모든 권한을 박탈하는 국가범죄를 버젓이 호주 법무장관이 선언했다.

이는 2024년 6월 재판승소 이전에 호주 건전성감독청이 강제로 선임하게 한 호주 건건성 감독청 전속변호사팀 변호사비 76만달러와 재판비 약 10만 달러를 공익신고자인 제가 재판에 이기고도 판결문에 적힌 재판승소금을 전혀 못 받았다는 걸 의미한다.

그 뿐만 아니라 2024년 12월 사안의 중요성으로 호주 정부가 국제법에 반하게 전혀 엉뚱하게 전혀 별 건의 이전 벌금 납부 완료 건을 재판종결 절차에 강제로 연관시켜 이중처벌을 강행한 30여만 달러의 수수료 갈취를 결과적으로 호주 정부가 자국의 공익신고자에게 가했다는 걸 의미한다.

더 나아가 2025년 2월 이 국제법에 반하는 이중처벌 납부 이후 전혀 예상치 못하게 은행감독국이 지금까지 4차례에 걸쳐 공익신고자의 뒤통수를 때리는 과정에서의 수수료 50여만불의 갈취 또한 의미한다.

대체 아펙회의 하루 전날 호주 앤서니 앨버니지 총리는 한국에서 가식적으로 보여주는 겉치레 모습과 달리 호주 법무장관은 같은 날 호주 정부에 2024년 6월에 호주 국영은행장의 범죄자산 중 일부인 USD18M 국고 환수에 결정적으로 공헌한 한국 국적의 공익신고자에게 2025년 1월에 거짓 약속을 정부문서로 발행하고 이 행태가 2025년 3월에 2번 더 있었고 이제 2025년 10월 29일에는 그렇게 많은 돈을 국제법에 반하는 이중처벌 / 함정 유인 등을 통하여 결국은 공익신고자의 재산 강탈을 확정하는 결정을 하는 작태에 저는 분노한다.

2025년 아펙회의가 이러한 국가적 범죄를 총리의 심복인 법무장관은 저지르면서 이는 자신과는 무관한 듯이 무책임하게 가식적인 웃음을 보이는 호주 앤서니 앨버니지 총리의 연극과 이를 알면서도 모른 척하는 한국 정부의 위선이 모인 한심한 작태에 국제 사회는 주목해야 할 것이다.

Yesterday, October 29, when Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanage visited Korea on the occasion of the Gyeongju Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, the Australian Attorney General boldly declared a national crime by depriving Zheng, a public interest reporter and winner of the related civil trial, of a large-scale bribery and corruption case of the head of an Australian state-run bank that began in February 2024.
This means that even though I, a public interest reporter, won at trial and paid $760,000 in legal fees and approximately $100,000 in trial fees from the exclusive lawyer team of the Australian Prudential Supervision Bureau, who was forcibly appointed by the Australian Prudential Supervision Bureau before the trial victory in June 2024, I did not receive any of the trial victory money stated in the judgment.
In addition, due to the importance of the issue in December 2024, it means that the Australian government forced double punishment by forcibly linking a completely separate case of fine payment to the trial conclusion process, completely contrary to international law, and as a result, the Australian government imposed a fee extortion of over 300,000 dollars on its public interest reporter.
Furthermore, this also means the extortion of over $500,000 in fees in the process of the Banking Supervision Bureau hitting the public interest reporter on the back four times so far, completely unexpectedly, after paying double punishment in violation of international law in February 2025.
The day before the Apec meeting, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, contrary to the pretentious appearance he shows in Korea, On the same day, October 29, 2025, the Australian Attorney General issued a false promise to the Australian government in January 2025 as a government document to a public interest reporter of Korean nationality who contributed decisively to the recovery of USD 18M treasury, part of the criminal assets of the head of an Australian state-run bank, in June 2024. This behavior occurred two more times in March 2025, and now on October 29, 2025. I am angry at the decision to ultimately confirm‎ the robbery of the public interest whistleblower's property (through double punishment / entrapment, etc., which violates international law) by spending such a large amount of money.
The international community should pay attention to the pathetic act of the 2025 Apec meeting, which is a combination of ‘Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanage’s play of irresponsibly pretentious laughter as if the Prime Minister’s confidant, the Attorney General, committed such a national crime as if it had nothing to do with him’ and ‘the hypocrisy of the Korean Lee Jae-myung administration, which knows this but pretends not to notice it’.
