지난 22년간 저는 금타대화상님의 《금강심론》과 금타만다라의 가르침에 바탕을 두고 보살도의 삶을 실천해 왔습니다. 몸과 마음, 그리고 우주가 하나의 불이(不二)의 진리(일합상)라는 마음의 근본 자성을 관찰함으로써, 각자의 내면에 본래 구족된 부처님의 성품(법계체성지)을 깨우치는 것이 어떻게 극심한 몸과 마음의 고통을 완화하고, 내면의 평화를 되찾아 주는지 직접 실증해 왔습니다.
이 실천은 단순한 이론적 교학에 머무는 것이 아니라, 21세기 중생의 병을 고치는 살아있는 약이자 **'정신문명 르네상스'**를 위한 구체적 방편입니다:

1. 요익중생과 도피안(到彼岸): 중생들을 불안과 병고에서 건져 현생에서 즉시 정토의 평안을 체험하게 하는 일입니다.
2. 세계 불교 전통의 정법회통: 선(禪), 밀교의 만다라 수행, 그리고 교학적 탐구의 정수를 하나로 융합하여 중생을 이롭게 하는 하나의 거대 일승(一乘) 방편으로 삼는 일입니다.
3. 세계 평화의 재건: 무폭력과 마음의 전환, 그리고 국가와 문화 간의 상호 협력을 도모하는 일입니다.

• Subject: The Living Realization of the Three Pure Precepts and Medicine Buddha Vow: A Sacred Appeal for Global Liberation
  To the Office of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama,
  Om Swasti. I offer my deepest prostrations and heartful greetings to His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
  History remembers that in the 8th century, as recorded in the ancient Tibetan chronicle Ba She (巴協), the Korean Seon Master Musang (無相大師, Kim Hwasang) of Sichuan welcomed the Tibetan diplomatic envoy and imparted the profound Mind-Dharma. This sacred historical connection between Korean Seon and Tibetan Buddhism found its 20th-century revival in Great Master Kumta (金陀大和尙, 1898–1948), whose lineage passed through Venerable Cheong-hwa and Ven. Beop-neung, and is now actively practiced by his lay disciple, Jong Byun (Geumbawi).
  To address the immediate suffering (Four and Eight Sufferings) of 8 billion sentient beings in the 21st century, we respectfully propose an active global movement centered on Immediate Liberation through the Three Pure Precepts (三聚淨戒) and the Medicine Buddha Vow:
  1. Immediate Realization of the Three Pure Precepts (三聚淨戒)

• Precept of Restraining Evil (攝律儀戒): Instant discovery and abiding in the Dharmakaya Light (法身光明), dissolving all defilements and negative karmic seeds at once.
• Precept of Accumulating Goodness (攝善法戒): Bold declaration and practice of Prajñā Wisdom (般若 宣告), fulfilling the profound teachings of the Avatamsaka and Lotus Sutras.
• Precept of Benefiting All Beings (攝衆生戒): Inheriting the core vow of the Medicine Buddha (藥師如來) to deliver beings immediately from physical illness, mental anxiety, and existential suffering into present-life peace (도피안 / 到彼岸).

2. Instant Relief from the Four and Eight Sufferings

• Through the Kumta Mandala (52-stage Samantabhadra Practice), practitioners and suffering beings experience the instant clearing of vital energy channels (기혈 정화), witnessing the bright internal light that dispels bodily and mental afflictions within moments.

We humbly submit this ancient and living lineage connection to His Holiness, seeking to unite our vows for the immediate liberation of all beings.

Today, we present a universal, experiential blueprint that bridges Religion, Modern Science, and Practical Human Healing—the 21st Century Renaissance Declaration:
1. Universal Light Beyond Dogma
Whether called the Dharmakaya Light in Buddhism, the Shadowless Light / Divine Light in Western Spirituality, or the Holy Spirit / Divine Grace in Christianity, the fundamental source of life is ONE.
