What's your morning routine?/ Hm, first I make my bed, and drink a cup of water./ Then, I do a little stretching.
What about you?  The first thing I do is having coffee, I can't start my day with out coffee.
What do you do before going to bed.  Let me think, Well I make a to do list for the next day and then I meditate for five minits.
Nice, I wrap up my day by writing in my journal.
