열두 제자 인물 정리(12+1 맛디아, Matthias)


주일에 한 명씩
예수님의 12제자에 대한 인물 정리를 해봅니다.

오늘은 열세번째(12+1)로 맛디아입니다.


1. 본명 : 맛디아(Matthias : 여호와의 선물이란 뜻 )

2. 출생 /가족 : 성경에 언급된 것이 없음

3. 특이사항 :

- 12제자중에 하나였던 가룟 유다가 자살하면서 제비뽑기로
채워진 제자(행 1:26)
- 베드로는 예수님 승천후
시편 기자 다윗이 유다의 변절을 예언함(시 41:9)과
"그의 감독의 직분을 다른 사람이 취하게 하십시오" 라고 기록
(시 109:8)된 것 언급하며 함께 모인 120명 제자앞에서 제안
- 성경에 등장하는 제비뽑기 마지막 인물(행 1:15-26)
요셉 바사바와 맛디아를 두고 기도후 제비뽑기를 함
