But, they were controled by Japanese. Some Ainu moved in eastern Russia. </p><p>Ainu means 'human'. Men grew their beards as they could. Women tattooed around their lips. They hunted sea animals and collected to preserve. They believed  they killing bears, their spirits could return to the world they came from. They also believed natural objects had spirits. The Ainu removed Japan, and Japanese think they are ugly and dirty. I think this book is interesting.</p><p> </p>
