- 영한 : (구어)빨리빨리!, 서둘러!

※"~을 계속하다"라는 의미의 직역이지만, 구어적으로 서두르라는 의미로 사용

- 채팅약어 : GOWI

- 유사 : get on with somebody / ~와(함께) 잘 지내다.

※She’s never really got on with her sister. 
그녀는 언니[여동생]와 정말 잘 지낸 적이 없다.

- 예문 :

리너: 모로 베이에 갔었는데 바닷가에 못 해도 100 마리는 되는 바다사자가 누워있는 거야.

Tracy: Were they alive?
트레이시: 살아있는 거였어?

Lena: Yes. They go there every year to have their babies.
리너: 응. 해마다 새끼 낳으러 거기 온대.

Tracy: That's what was so amazing?
트레이시: 그게 멋졌다는 거야?

Lena: I should know better than to talk to you about nature.
리너: 너한테 자연 얘기하는 내가 바보지.

Tracy: True but you can tell me about your trip to Las Vegas.
트레이시: 그건 그래. 그래도 라스베거스에 갔던 이야기는 해도 돼.


[기억할만한 표현]
▶ to have the feeling (that): ~한 것 같다?
I had the feeling she was not telling the truth. 
(그녀가 진실을 얘기하지 않는다는 느낌이 들었어.)

▶ get on with it: 서둘러?
I don‘t have all day so please get on with it. 
(나 하루 종일시간있는 게 아니야. 서둘러.)

▶ (one) should know better (than): 분별했어야 하는데, 어리석게 ~하지 않았어야 하는데.
She should know better but she always chooses men that are losers. 
(분별력이 있어야지. 그녀는 남자를 골라도 꼭 낙오자를 고르더라.)
