Talk about some reasons that diets can fail
People who have lost weight are in agreement: without being strongly determined, it’s not easy to shed
weight. It’s true. I have tried to lose weight
countless time, but I failed endlessly. It’s most important to suppress one’s appetite when feeling hungry. This is
the hardest part. It’s also important to exercise regularly. But very often,
people become lazy for this reason or that, and they stop exercising. When
people lose weight by simply watching what they eat,
they often experience the yo-yo effect and they
regain the weight. A diet can only be successful if you set a time period and a
goal. And have the resolve to follow them.
