During one's lifetime,
rest is truly important in human existence.

Rest serves as a preparation process and becomes the foundation for leaps forward.

In youth,
the degree of accumulating fatigue is easily overlooked due to flexible and soft muscles, leading to a tendency to endure fatigue even when aware of it. It's crucial to check and rest well, moment by moment.

As age advances,
muscles stiffen, physiological functions decline, and awareness of physical and mental states diminishes.

The ability for instantaneous cognition and situational judgment also declines. The level of mutual communication gradually decreases, leading to a tendency to hold entrenched subjective judgments in one's thoughts.

In essence, there is a lack of flexibility in thinking and understanding, and individuals often fail to recognize the extent of this, making recovery from entrenched thought patterns difficult. This can be expressed as cognitive rigidity due to the overall deterioration of bodily functions.

Therefore, it is not uncommon to observe people easily expressing anger or internalizing frustration, burning with self-inflicted distress, and engaging in self-destructive behaviors because they can not bring others into their own thoughts

The starting point for problem resolution might often be found by attributing everything to oneself.

This, too, becomes a cause of illness and shortens life in the long run. General understanding and social skills unknowingly decline.

Additionally, not being aware of the progressing state of one's health can lead to severe illnesses over time. Therefore, proactive preparation is necessary.

Health is cultivated and strengthened throughout life through a balanced combination of rest, nutrition, and regular exercise. Investing time and consistent effort is imperative.

One often encounters cases where someone suddenly becomes gravely ill. At funeral homes, expensive wreaths abound, and numerous mourners pay their respects. However, for the departed, these hold no value, and the departed remain silent.

In daily activities such as eating, working, resting, and exercising, paying attention to the present moment and maintaining mindfulness can contribute to a healthy and fulfilling life. Striving earnestly in work and finding joy in living can be the pinnacle of human existence.

Living on this land,
managing our bodies well and happily maintaining good health aligns with the principle of nature.

Today,
I received news that a close acquaintance succumbed to a severe illness, prompting me to reflect and jot down these thoughts
