4) 원리적 생활관에 있어서의 책임자의 입장 - 2

책임자, 주체자는 어떤 사람이냐? 전체를 책임지는 사람입니다. 여러분이 그 동네에 가서 '내가 이 동네, 이 읍의 책임자로 왔다. 하늘나라를 건설하기 위한, 천국실현을 위한 하나님이 보내 준 특공대로 왔다.

특공대로 와서 나는 뭘했느냐? 이 동네에 와서 무엇을 주었느냐? 주체자가 됐느냐? 대상자가 됐느냐?'  주체자가 못 되고 대상자가 못 됐으면 바람에 날아가지 않고 벼락에 맞아 죽지 않은 것이 다행이라고 생각하고 감사해야 됩니다. 

'이 마을이 내 마을 이상의 마을이요, 내가 바라던 소망의 고향 같아서 나가 보고 싶고, 동네 사람을 만나고 싶고, 아침에 만나면 헤어지고 싶지 않고, 저녁에 집에 찾아오면 그저 무엇을 더 주고 싶고, 밤을 새워서라도 같이 얘기하고 싶고, 안 갔으면 좋겠다.'하는 마음을 가져야 됩니다. 마음이 그래야 된다구요.

왜 그래야 되느냐? 몇천 년 전에 갈라졌던 형제들이기 때문에. 부모는 죽었지만 몇천 년 만에, 몇십 년, 몇백 년 만에 만난 형제이기에 그 정이 심성을 통하여 직선으로 통할 수 있게 될 때는 그 외 모든 것이 다 통한다는 거예요. 

그러니 책임자로서 사람이 오는 것을 오지 말라고 해서는 안 됩니다. 내가 며칠 안 있다 가지만, 본부에 사람이 와서 기다리는 것 사실 귀찮다구요.

이번에도 일본에서부터 잠을 못 자고, 어제 저녁에는 일어서서 다니는지 앉아 있는지 모르게 다 지나왔다구요. 시간이 딱 반대 아니예요? 여기 잘 때는 거기가 깰 때이고, 여기 깰 때는 거기가 잘 때거든요.

내가 눈을 뜨고 있는데, 자꾸 눈이 감기는 거예요. 한 눈을 떠 놓으면 한 눈이 감기고 자꾸 감긴다구요. 며칠 동안 안 잤으니까 그래요. 그렇다고 자야 되겠다는 생각을 안 해 본 거예요.

밤이 어서 지나갔으면 좋겠다고 생각하는 겁니다. '이 한 시간에 어떻게 하나님과 심정적 유대를 맺게 해주느냐!' 하는 생각을 하는 거예요. 그게 필요한 거예요. 

그렇기 때문에 책임자가 책임을 다하지 못하면 세상에 그 이상 무서운 벌이 없는 거예요. 형무소에 들어가서 쇠고랑을 차고 앉아 있는 것보다도 무서운 걸 알아야 된다 이거예요.

책임 못 하고 어떻게 단에 서고, 책임 못 하고 어떻게 그 동네 사람에게 가서 뻔뻔스럽게 얘기하겠어요? 눈물밖에 흘릴 수 없는 심정에 동(動)해 보라구요. 거기서부터 본성적 인연이 출발할 것입니다. (81-312)

1. 主体と対象

4) 原理的生活観においての責任者の立場 - 2

責任者、主体者とはどういう人ですか？　全体に責任を負う人です。皆さんがその町内に行き「私がこの村内、この町内の責任者として来ました。天国実現のために神様が送ってくれた特攻隊として来ました。特攻隊として来て私は何をしたのか？　

この村に来て何を与えたのか？　主体者になったのか？　対象者になったのか？」。主体者になれず対象者にもなれなかったら、風に飛ばされず、落雷に当たって死なないでいるのが幸いだと思い感謝しなければなりません。

「この村が私の村以上の村であり、私が願った希望の故郷のようなので村人に会いたくて、朝に会ったら別れたくなくて、夕方に家に訪ねてきたらただ何かさらに与えたくて、夜を明かしてでも一緒に話をしたくて、行ってしまわなければいいのに」という心をもたなければなりません。心がそうでなければならないのです。

なぜそうしなければならないのでしょうか？何千年前に別れた兄弟たちであるからです。父母は死んだけれども何千年ぶりに、何十年、何百年ぶりに会った兄弟であるので、その情が心性を通じて直線に通じるようになるとき、そのほかすべてのものがみな通じるのです。

ですから、責任者として人が来るのを「来るな」と言ってはいけません。私は何日もいないで本部に行きますが、そこで人が来て待っているのは事実煩わしいのです。今回も日本から帰ってきて夜も寝ることができないで、きのうの夕方には立って歩いているのか座っているのか分からずに過ごしてきました。時間がちょうど反対ではないですか？　

ここで寝る時はそこでは起きる時で、ここが起きる時はそこでは寝る時でしょう？　私は目を開けようとしているのに、しょっちゅう目がつぶれるのです。片目を開けていたら、片目がしょっちゅうつぶれるのです。

何日間も寝ないからそうなのです。だからといって、寝なければならないと思いもしないのです。夜が早く過ぎてしまえばいいと思うのです。「この一時間にどうやって神様と心情的つながりを結ばさせてあげるのか」という考えをするのです。それが必要なのです。

そうであるので、責任者が責任を全部果たせなかったら世の中にそれ以上恐ろしい罰がないのです。刑務所に入って、足かせをはめて座っているよりも恐ろしいことを知らなければなりません。

責任を果たせずにどのようにして壇上に立ち、責任を果たせずにどうやってその村の人に厚かましく話しますか？　涙のほかに流すことのできない心情になってみなさい。そこから本性的因縁が出発するのです。（八一―三一二）

4) The Position of the Leader in Regards to the Principle Perspective on Life - 2

What kind of person is the leader, the subject? He is one who takes responsibility for the whole. After you go into a village, you should be thinking, "I came to this village as the leader. I came as a member of the Special Forces sent by God to build the kingdom of heaven and materialize heaven.

What did I do as a member of the Special Forces? What did I give to the village after coming here? Did I become the subject? Did I become the object?" If you failed to become a subject but became an object, then you should be grateful that you have not been blown off by the wind and not struck by the lightening and lie dead.

You should have the attitude, "This village is better than my own village and because it is just like the homeland of hope that I have always wanted, I want to go out and meet with the people in the village.

If I meet them in the morning, then I do not part with them in the evening, and if they come to visit me at my house in the evening I just want to give something more to them. I want to talk to them even through the night, and hope that they would not leave."

This is how your heart should be. Why is that so? It is because you are brothers who were separated thousands of years ago. Although parents have passed away, because you are brothers who came together after thou, sands of years, tens of years, and hundreds of years, as soon as your hearts can be connected in a straight line, everything else will also be linked together.

As a leader you should never tell someone who is coming to visit you to not come. I only stay for several days, but to be honest, when people come to the headquarters and wait for me, it is a bit annoying.

This time, I could not get any sleep from Japan, and last night I was so caught up in what I was doing that I did not know whether I was walking around or sitting down. Because of the jet leg, the time is just the opposite from here.

When it is time to fall asleep here, it is time to wake up there; when it is time to wake up here, it is time to fall asleep there. I try to open my eyes, but they keep on closing by themselves.

This is because I have not slept for several days. But I never thought that I should sleep anymore because of this. I wish that the night would pass by quickly. I am preoccupied with the concern, "How can I make them be connected to the heart of God during this time?" This is what is needed.

Therefore, when a leader fails to fulfill his responsibility, he will receive the gravest punishment in the world. It is more fearful than being locked up in the prison and having chains placed on your hands and feet.

How can you stand on the pulpit without fulfilling your responsibility, and how can you talk to the people in the village without fulfilling your responsibility? You should be moved by the heart that does not know what else to do but cry in tears. This is the place that the original relationship will begin. (81-312)
