<p>In verse 14, it refers to people who hear the Word and try to live by it, but they keep having other thoughts. This is because they are worried about making a living and pursue money and pleasure.</p><p> </p><p>In the passage, the parable about the land is a matter of the heart. The Kingdom of Heaven is a matter of the heart. It is not by diligently attending church that one enters the Kingdom of Heaven, but by having a changed heart. One must have a good heart, and a good heart is one that listens to the Word and keeps it until the end.
