God speaks to those he loves. (Romans 9:10-13)
In the Middle Ages, people were not allowed to read the Bible and thus blocked the door to heaven by preventing them from knowing Christ, but in modern times, they have opened the Bible but are blocking the Spirit of truth.
They say that Jesus, and the cross and raised from the dead, and the coming again of Jesus,' Amen, Jesus, come quickly', so they say that the kingdom of God has now been established, but the reality is not visible.
If the Holy Spirit of truth does not come in us, we cannot be united with Christ and cannot keep the new covenant that made us one with Christ, and therefore cannot become the house of God that is one spirit with Christ.
The sign that the Word of God, Hologos, came to Abraham was the birth of Isaac.
The sign announced through the prophets that Christ would come was the baby Jesus (Luke 2:12).
Christians who believe that Jesus died on the cross, rose again, ascended to heaven, and sent the Holy Spirit to make Jesus Lord and Christ, repented, were baptized, received forgiveness of sins, and received the Holy Spirit as a gift are like David and Stephen.
Christians, like David and Stephen, see the glory of God and the Lord seated at the right hand of God, and having the secret of ascending and descending toward it (John 1:51) is the sign of becoming a Christian.
So the Book of Revelation tells those who have ears to listen to what the Holy Spirit says to the churches.
Q. What is Rebecca’s role?
“And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our fathers, Isaac.” (Romans 9:10)
A. Isaac was born of the word of God and is the child of promise with that word (Ho logos).
Rebecca is said to have conceived from Isaac, so she became the womb of the child of promise.
Mary, the mother of Jesus, also gave birth to Jesus, who was conceived by her Holy Spirit, so she received the highest title for a woman, as the Lord called her my mother on the cross.
Q. Who does God’s decree refer to?
“For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calls; It was said to her, The elder shall serve the younger.’” (Romans 9:11-12)
A. God's decree was not for the elder son, Esau, but for his younger brother, Jacob.
Because (Gar), Christ, Ho logos, the Word, works according to God's plan.
The fact that it is Jacob, not Esau, is the work of the Word that makes it stand according to his predestined will.
Therefore, if you are with the Word of God, the work of salvation will take place.
In the end, Esau developed into a state of serving Jacob, but according to the Gospel, those who humble themselves and serve are the great. (Mark 10:45)
However, young people are those who exalt themselves.
In reality, Jacob served Esau.
Jacob served his elder brother Esau as his lord, but Esau went to Mount Seir and became the ancestor of Edom. Jacob took over the promised land of Canaan and became the ancestor of the 12 tribes.
This is God's decree, God's will that follows selection that has nothing to do with actions.
Q. What is the evidence that God loved Jacob and hated Esau?
“As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.’” (Romans 9:13)
A. Hatred is something that love does not reach and has nothing to do with the Word.
Beginning with Romans 9:6, it explains how God’s ho logos works.
The Word of God is ho logos (John 1:1, Revelation 19:13) in its very existence, and there are words that appear as promises to humans.
It has been given to us as a new commandment.
Therefore, the proof that Ho logos, the being, is alive is to confirm its existence by seeing the promise come true in the person who received God's promise.
Therefore, we have a clear reason to experience God’s existence, presence, and work through the Holy Spirit.
The Word comes to Isaac through Rebecca. (Romans 9:12).
The proof that God loves Jacob (Romans 9:13) is that God follows and speaks to him.
On the other hand, God never spoke to Esau throughout his life.
If God speaks even once, it is salvation.
There is not a single person in the Bible who did not receive salvation after God spoke to one first.
If the Lord had loved Pilate when Pilate asked the Lord, 'What is truth?', he would have said a few words. But he made no answer.
He also ousts Judas Iscariot before the Upper Room Parasha (John 14-16), so he cannot hear his words.
This is the difference between love and hate.
Jacob was by no means a better person than Esau.
However, because God's Hologos was with him as he had decided, Jacob became Israel and the father of the twelve tribes of Israel.
This is what it means to love Jacob.
Therefore, those who receive the word of God will ultimately win. (Romans 8:37)
Those who receive God's love are sure to win.
Those who have love and service are great people and those who have completed God's plan.
However, the physical (Israel) cannot be the guarantee of the spiritual (Israel).
This is because flesh and blood can never inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 15:50), and anything born from the earth can never be offered to God.
Even now, in this world, those whom God loves live lives like Jacob, who is synonymous with tribulation, but the word of God constantly approaches them.
It is evidence of God’s love for His children whom He chose according to His will, regardless of their actions.
