영어의 기름부음이 있는 선지자

인생의 모든 과정에는 결정적인 전환점이 있기 마련이다. 초중고대학시절까지 영어를 잘은 못하지만(늘 70-80수준) 관심있는 과목이었다. 93년 나이30세 신학교를 졸업하고 첫목회를 시작하며 필리핀을 처음 방문했다. 그야말로 경악 그 자체였다. 다른인종 피부 -까만눈의 필리핀여성의 눈동자를 보면 진주를 보는듯하다.-지금까지도 날씨, 언어, ...영어를 한마디도 못하고 (두려움때문에) 9박10일간 뼈아픈 첫해외선교여행을 마쳤다. 원래도 소심하여 남들앞에서 말하기를 두려워하는 성격에 영어권에 나왔으니 그야말로 벙어리 여행이었다.   There is always conclusive turning point in the time of our life. In my school life I was not excellent in English subject but so much interested. In 1993, As soon as I finished theological seminary course I started pastoring and visited Philippines. It  was my suprise to be in the Philippines. Different skin.. race.. It seems that I saw a pearl in the eyes of Philifinas.-as up to now Actually I have been afraid to stand before people so I never talked while I was staying in this country.   중학교 교과서를 구입하여 6개월간 달달 외우다시피 하였다. 두려움때문에 말한마디 못하였고 기초가 확립되지 않았기에 망설이다 말할 기회가 지나쳐 버린것이다. 95년에 신학교 후배들11명을 데리고 필리핀을 다시찾았다. 언어와 문화의 충격 다시말해 선교적도전을 주기 위해서였다. 나는 약속대로 바기오에 있는 마라나타 신학교에서 20분간 영어설교를 하였다. I got all the English study book of middle school and I tried to memorize that book. Because of fear I could not speak. I missed all chances to speak because of the lack of base in English. In 1995, I went there again with 11 juniors of theological seminary to challenge them to experience the cultural shock which is meaning spiritual awakening. I preached Gospel in English for 20 minutes as I promised.     약 10년간 매일영어성경 테이프를 들으며(good news bible) 영어성경을 쓰고 외우고 영어찬송가를 부르며 줄기차게 선교지를 향한 불타는 열정을 가지고 영어훈련에 전념하였다. 2003년에는 <기적의 영문법>을 저술하였다. 성경을 가지고 모든 문법의 예문을 작성하였다. 이 책의 주어는 하나님이다. 같은해에 성지순례를 하였다. 다른 동역자들이 호텔에 머물며 관광 쇼핑하는 동안 나는 많은 외국인을 만나 명함과 이메일을 주고 받으며 영어의 인맥을 넓혀나갔다. About 10 years I strived to study English with great passion. I never stopped listening good news bible tapes, writing  the word of God on note, memorizing verses, singing english Gospel songs every day. In 2003, I worte a book<the book of miracle for english grammar> I used only bible verses to explain how to make sentences. The main key word of this book is GOD. I traveled the holy place in same year. I spent most of time on making friendship with foreigners that I met. I enlarged a line of personal contack by giving and taking calling card and e-mail address.   2003년부터 영어성경듣기가 자유로워 지자 인터넷을 통하여 영어설교를 듣기 시작하였다 콩히목사.쳑스미스.빌하이벨스,벨 헤이몬드등... 실로 인터넷의 혁명이었다. 2년간 cts 에 올라온 모든 영어설교를 다 들었다. 감격과 감동의 순간이었다. 미국에 가지않고도(경비절감) 미국교회를 순례할수 있으니 말이다. 조용기 목사님의 설교를 듣고  한국인도 영어로 설교하고 부흥회를 할수 있다는 큰 확신을 얻었다. 그는 한국이 낳은 빌리그레이엄이다. 전세계에서 전세기로 초청하여 영어로 부흥회를 인도하는 내가 아는 유일한 한국목사이다. 다음주자는 바로 제가 하겟습니다. 오 주여... Since I was free from healing english audio bible I started hearing English sermon through internet. In deed that was the revolution of internet. For 2 years I heard all english sermons uploaded on cts website. It was so great and miraculous that we could travel America without spending money. Pastor Young Ki Jo is the greatest preacher like Billy graham who can preach in English. He is the only pastor that I know who has been being invited by private airplane of president. Oh Lord, I will be the one to preach in English after him.   그럼에도 불구하고(노력과 헌신과 열정에도 불구하고) 무언가 영어설교에 부족함을 느겼다. 많은 영어서적과 세미나에서 채워질수 없는 한가지 부족한것.. 그것이 바로 영성이었다. 2005년 12월 바로그때 박의상목사님을 만났다. 목사님의 강한 불이 전이되었다. 내속에 5만볼트의 전류가 흐르기 시작하였다. 용암이 흐르듯.. 거대한 영어의 화산이 폭팔하였다. In spite of every efforts, sacrifice and passion I felt that I could not satisfied with so many knowledges and seminar in english preaching. that was just spirituality. At that momnet I met Ptr Park. I was filled with fire through him. I was captivated by 50000 volt of electric power  . A huge volcano of english exploded in me...like blowing out lava...   목사님을 만난지 2개월만에 2006년 2월 27일 가족과 함께 필리핀 땅을 밟았다. 지난 3년동안 1백여교회에서 영어로 설교를 하였다.(영어부흥성회) 약 1만명의 사람들에게 복음을 전파하였다. 살인자가 회심하고 교회가 회복되고 부흥하고 성장하며 놀랍고 위대한 필리핀의 부흥이 일어나고 있다. 이 위대한 부흥의 현장에 그동안 6차례에 걸쳐 오셔서 격려해주시고 응원해주시고 수고해 주신 목사님께 감사를... Feb 27, 2006 With my family I arrived in Philippines after 2 months since I met Pastor Park. For 3 years I preached in english at 300 local churches as up to now. 100000 people was inspired with my message. through ministries, converting murder..  restoring churches.. reviving souls.. There have been great revival in Philippines. Thank for you have been together always.
