[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 사무엘하3장

1. 이제 사울의 집과 다윗의 집 사이에 오랫동안 전쟁이 있었으나 다윗은 점점 더 강하게 되고 사울의 집은 점점 더

    약하게 되니라.

Now there was long war between the house of Saul and the house of David: but David waxed stronger and stronger, and the house of Saul waxed weaker and weaker.

2. 헤브론에서 다윗에게 아들들이 태어났는데 그의 맏아들은 예스르엘 여인 아히노암에게서 난 암논이라.

And unto David were sons born in Hebron: and his firstborn was Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess;

3. 그의 둘째는 갈멜 사람 나발의 아내 아비가일에게서 난 길르압이요, 셋째는 그술 왕 달매의 딸 마아가의 아들

    압살롬이요,

And his second, Chileab, of Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite; and the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; 

4. 넷째는 학깃의 아들 아도니야요, 다섯째는 아비달의 아들 스바댜요,

And the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith; and the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital;

5. 여섯째는 다윗의 아내 에글라로 말미암은 이드르엠이더라. 이들이 헤브론에서 다윗에게 태어나니라.

And the sixth, Ithream, by Eglah Davids wife. These were born to David in Hebron.

6. 사울의 집과 다윗의 집 사이에 전쟁이 있는 동안에 아브넬이 사울의 집을 위하여 자신을 강하게 하니라.

And it came to pass, while there was war between the house of Saul and the house of David, that Abner made himself strong for the house of Saul.

7. 사울에게 첩이 있었는데 그녀의 이름은 아이야의 딸 리스바더라. 이스보셋이 아브넬에게 이르되, 네가 어찌하여 내

    아버지의 첩에게로 들어갔느냐? 하니

And Saul had a concubine, whose name [was] Rizpah, the daughter of Aiah: and [Ishbosheth] said to Abner, Wherefore hast thou gone in unto my fathers concubine?

8. 그때에 아브넬이 이스보셋의 말로 인해 심히 노하여 이르되, 내가 개의 머리냐? 내가 유다를 대적하고 이 날 당신의

    아버지 사울의 집과 그의 형제들과 그의 친구들에게 친절을 베풀고 당신을 다윗의 손에 넘겨주지 아니하였거늘

    당신이 오늘 이 여인에 대한 허물로 나를 비난하는도다.

Then was Abner very wroth for the words of Ishbosheth, and said, [Am] I a dogs head, which against Judah do shew kindness this day unto the house of Saul thy father, to his brethren, and to his friends, and have not delivered thee into the hand of David, that thou chargest me to day with a fault concerning this woman?

9. {주}께서 다윗에게 맹세하신 대로 내가 그에게 행하지 아니하면 [하나님]께서 아브넬에게 벌을 내리시고 더

    내리시기를 원하노니

So do God to Abner, and more also, except, as the LORD hath sworn to David, even so I do to him;

10. 그 맹세는 곧 왕국을 사울의 집으로부터 옮기고 단에서부터 브엘세바에 이르기까지 이스라엘과 유다 위에 다윗의

      왕좌를 세우는 것이라, 하매

To translate the kingdom from the house of Saul, and to set up the throne of David over Israel and over Judah, from Dan even to Beersheba.

11. 이스보셋이 아브넬을 두려워하여 다시 한 마디도 응답하지 못하니라.

And he could not answer Abner a word again, because he feared him.

12. 아브넬이 자기를 대신해서 사자들을 다윗에게 보내어 이르되, 이 땅이 누구의 것이니이까? 하고 또 이르되, 당신은

      나와 동맹을 맺으소서. 보소서, 내 손이 당신과 함께 있어 온 이스라엘을 당신에게로 가져가리이다, 하더라.

And Abner sent messengers to David on his behalf, saying, Whose [is] the land? saying [also], Make thy league with me, and, behold, my hand [shall be] with thee, to bring about all Israel unto thee.

13. 다윗이 이르되, 좋다. 내가 너와 동맹을 맺으려니와 네게 한 가지를 요구하노니 곧 네가 내 얼굴을 보러 올 때에

      우선 사울의 딸 미갈을 데려오지 아니하면 내 얼굴을 보지 못하리라, 하고

And he said, Well; I will make a league with thee: but one thing I require of thee, that is, Thou shalt not see my face, except thou first bring Michal Sauls daughter, when thou comest to see my face. 

14. 다윗이 사울의 아들 이스보셋에게 사자들을 보내어 이르되, 내 아내 미갈을 내게로 넘겨주라. 그녀는 내가 블레셋

      사람들의 포피 백 개로 정혼한 자니라, 하니

And David sent messengers to Ishbosheth Sauls son, saying, Deliver [me] my wife Michal, which I espoused to me for an hundred foreskins of the Philistines.

15. 이스보셋이 사람을 보내어 그녀를 그녀의 남편 곧 라이스의 아들 발디엘에게서 취하매

And Ishbosheth sent, and took her from [her] husband, [even] from Phaltiel the son of Laish. 

16. 그녀의 남편이 그녀의 뒤에서 울면서 그녀와 함께 바후림까지 갔더니 그때에 아브넬이 그에게, 가라. 돌아가라,

      하매 그가 돌아가니라.

And her husband went with her along weeping behind her to Bahurim. Then said Abner unto him, Go, return. And he returned. 

17. 아브넬이 이스라엘의 장로들과 대화하여 이르되, 지나간 때에 너희가 너희를 다스릴 왕으로 다윗을 구하였으니

And Abner had communication with the elders of Israel, saying, Ye sought for David in times past [to be] king over you: 

18. 그런즉 이제 그 일을 하라. {주}께서 다윗에 관하여 이르시되, 내가 내 종 다윗의 손으로 내 백성 이스라엘을

      구원하여 블레셋 사람들의 손과 그들의 모든 원수의 손에서 벗어나게 하리라, 하셨느니라, 하고

Now then do [it]: for the LORD hath spoken of David, saying, By the hand of my servant David I will save my people Israel out of the hand of the Philistines, and out of the hand of all their enemies.

19. 아브넬이 또 베냐민의 귀에 말하며 또 이스라엘이 선하게 여기는 모든 것과 베냐민의 온 집이 선하게 여기는 것을

      헤브론에서 다윗의 귀에 말하려고 가니라.

And Abner also spake in the ears of Benjamin: and Abner went also to speak in the ears of David in Hebron all that seemed good to Israel, and that seemed good to the whole house of Benjamin.

20. 이처럼 아브넬이 스무 명과 함께 헤브론에 이르러 다윗에게 나아가니 다윗이 아브넬과 그와 함께한 사람들을

      위하여 잔치를 베풀었더라.

So Abner came to David to Hebron, and twenty men with him. And David made Abner and the men that [were] with him a feast.

21. 아브넬이 다윗에게 이르되, 내가 일어나 가서 온 이스라엘을 내 주 왕에게로 모으고 그들이 왕과 동맹을 맺게 할

      것이요, 또 왕의 마음이 원하는 모든 것을 왕께서 통치하게 하리이다, 하니라. 다윗이 아브넬을 보내매 그가 평안히

      가니라.

And Abner said unto David, I will arise and go, and will gather all Israel unto my lord the king, that they may make a league with thee, and that thou mayest reign over all that thine heart desireth. And David sent Abner away; and he went in peace.

22. 그런데, 보라, 다윗의 신하들과 요압이 무리를 추격하다가 크게 노략한 것을 가지고 돌아왔으나 다윗이 이미

      아브넬을 보내어 그가 평안히 갔으므로 그가 다윗과 함께 헤브론에 있지 아니하였더라.

And, behold, the servants of David and Joab came from [pursuing] a troop, and brought in a great spoil with them: but Abner [was] not with David in Hebron; for he had sent him away, and he was gone in peace.

23. 요압과 그와 함께한 모든 군대가 돌아오매 그들이 요압에게 고하여 이르되, 넬의 아들 아브넬이 왕에게 왔었는데

      왕이 그를 보내매 그가 평안히 갔나이다, 하니라.

When Joab and all the host that [was] with him were come, they told Joab, saying, Abner the son of Ner came to the king, and he hath sent him away, and he is gone in peace.

24. 이에 요압이 왕에게 나아가 이르되, 왕께서 무슨 일을 하셨나이까? 보소서, 아브넬이 왕에게 나아왔거늘 어찌하여

      왕께서 그를 보내어 잘 가게 하셨나이까?

Then Joab came to the king, and said, What hast thou done? behold, Abner came unto thee; why [is] it [that] thou hast sent him away, and he is quite gone?

25. 왕께서 넬의 아들 아브넬을 아시거니와 그가 온 것은 왕을 속이고 왕의 나가고 들어오는 것을 알며 또 왕께서

      하시는 모든 것을 알려 함이니이다, 하고

Thou knowest Abner the son of Ner, that he came to deceive thee, and to know thy going out and thy coming in, and to know all that thou doest.

26. 요압이 다윗에게서 나와 사자들을 보내어 아브넬을 쫓아가게 하였더니 그들이 시라 우물에서 그를 다시 데리고

      왔으나 다윗은 그것을 알지 못하였더라.

And when Joab was come out from David, he sent messengers after Abner, which brought him again from the well of Sirah: but David knew [it] not.

27. 아브넬이 헤브론으로 돌아오매 요압이 그와 함께 조용히 말하려고 그를 성문에서 곁으로 데리고 들어가 자기 동생

      아사헬의 피로 인해 거기서 그의 다섯 번째 갈빗대 밑을 찔러 죽이니라.

And when Abner was returned to Hebron, Joab took him aside in the gate to speak with him quietly, and smote him there under the fifth [rib], that he died, for the blood of Asahel his brother. 

28. 그 뒤에 다윗이 그 일을 듣고 이르되, 넬의 아들 아브넬의 피에 대해 나와 내 왕국은 {주} 앞에서 영원토록 무죄하니

And afterward when David heard [it], he said, I and my kingdom [are] guiltless before the LORD for ever from the blood of Abner the son of Ner: 

29. 그것이 요압의 머리와 그의 아버지의 온 집에게 돌아갈지어다. 또 요압의 집에서 유출이 있는 자나 나병 환자나

      지팡이에 의지하는 자나 칼에 넘어지는 자나 빵이 부족한 자가 끊어지지 아니할지로다, 하니라.

Let it rest on the head of Joab, and on all his fathers house; and let there not fail from the house of Joab one that hath an issue, or that is a leper, or that leaneth on a staff, or that falleth on the sword, or that lacketh bread. 

30. 요압과 그의 동생 아비새가 이같이 아브넬을 죽였으니 이는 그가 기브온에서의 싸움에서 자기들의 동생 아사헬을

      죽였기 때문이더라.

So Joab and Abishai his brother slew Abner, because he had slain their brother Asahel at Gibeon in the battle.

31. 다윗이 요압과 및 자기와 함께 있던 온 백성에게 이르되, 너희는 옷을 찢고 굵은 베를 두르고 아브넬 앞에서

      애곡하라, 하고 다윗 왕이 친히 관을 따라가니라.

And David said to Joab, and to all the people that [were] with him, Rend your clothes, and gird you with sackcloth, and mourn before Abner. And king David [himself] followed the bier. 

32. 그들이 아브넬을 헤브론에 묻으니 왕이 아브넬의 무덤에서 소리를 높여 울고 온 백성도 우니라.

And they buried Abner in Hebron: and the king lifted up his voice, and wept at the grave of Abner; and all the people wept.

33. 왕이 아브넬을 위해 애곡하며 이르되, 아브넬이 어리석은 자가 죽듯이 죽었는가?

And the king lamented over Abner, and said, Died Abner as a fool dieth?

34. 네 손을 결박하지 아니하였고 네 발을 차꼬에 채우지도 아니하였거늘 사람이 사악한 자들 앞에 쓰러지는 것 같이

      네가 쓰러졌도다, 하매 온 백성이 다시 그를 위해 슬피 우니라.

Thy hands [were] not bound, nor thy feet put into fetters: as a man falleth before wicked men, [so] fellest thou. And all the people wept again over him. 

35. 아직 낮이었을 때에 온 백성이 나아와 다윗에게 음식을 먹게 하매 다윗이 맹세하여 이르되, 내가 만일 해 지기 전에

      빵이나 다른 것을 맛보면 [하나님]께서 내게 벌을 내리시고 더 내리시기를 원하노라, 하니

And when all the people came to cause David to eat meat while it was yet day, David sware, saying, So do God to me, and more also, if I taste bread, or ought else, till the sun be down.

36. 온 백성이 그것을 주목하고 그것으로 인해 기뻐하였더라. 왕이 무슨 일을 하든지 온 백성을 기쁘게 하였으므로

And all the people took notice [of it], and it pleased them: as whatsoever the king did pleased all the people. 

37. 그 날 온 백성과 온 이스라엘은 넬의 아들 아브넬을 죽인 것이 왕에게서 비롯되지 않은 줄을 깨달았더라.

For all the people and all Israel understood that day that it was not of the king to slay Abner the son of Ner.

38. 왕이 자기 신하들에게 이르되, 통치자요, 위대한 사람이 이 날 이스라엘에서 쓰러진 것을 너희가 알지 못하느냐?

And the king said unto his servants, Know ye not that there is a prince and a great man fallen this day in Israel?

39. 내가 기름 부음을 받은 왕일지라도 이 날 약하며 이 사람들 곧 스루야의 아들들이 내게 너무 강하니 {주}께서 악을

      행한 자에게 그의 사악함대로 갚으실지로다, 하니라.

And I [am] this day weak, though anointed king; and these men the sons of Zeruiah [be] too hard for me: the LORD shall reward the doer of evil according to his wickedness.
