일부 소리가 안들리는 영화, 파일 문제일까요?

1.전화통화 장면에서 상대방 목소리..
2.누가 부르면 대답하는 목소리..
오디오채널 여러개중에 잘 안쓰는 1개가 빠진것처럼 들립니다.
초기화해도 마찬가지던데, 파일이 잘못되어서 이런걸까요?

파일 자체의 문제일 수도 있고, 오디오 채널을 잘못 맞추어서 그럴 수 도 있습니다.
환경 설정에서 초기화를 한뒤에 아무것도 설정하시 마시고, 그대로 재생해 보시고, 다른 프로그램에서도 같은 증상이 생기는지 확인해 보시는것이 좋을듯 하네요~~
