이재명 대통령이 지난 15일 광복절 경축사에서 북한을 향해 “서로에 대한 상호 위협 의사를 내려놓고 아주 오래된 전쟁을 끝내기 위한 당사자들 간의 논의를 시작하자”고 제안했다.
