예레미야5장 말씀입니다.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 예레미야5장1. 너희는 이리저리 예루살렘 거리를 뛰어다니며 이제 보고 알며 그것의 넓은 곳에서 찾아보라. 만일 너희가 공의를     집행하며 진리를 구하는 사람을 찾을 수 있거나 혹은 거기에 그런 자가 있다면 내가 예루살렘을 용서하리라.Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be [any] that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.2. 비록 그들이 말로는, {주}께서 살아 계신다, 할지라도 참으로 그들은 거짓으로 맹세하느니라.And though they say, The LORD liveth; surely they swear falsely.3. 오 {주}여, 주의 눈이 진리 위에 있지 아니하나이까? 주께서 그들을 치셨으나 그들이 근심하지 아니하고 주께서     그들을 소멸시키셨으나 그들이 바로잡는 것을 받아들이지 아니하며 자기들의 얼굴을 바위보다 굳게 하고     돌아오기를 거부하였나이다.O LORD, [are] not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, [but] they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.4. 그러므로 내가 말하기를, 이들은 {주}의 길도 알지 못하고 자기 [하나님]의 심판도 알지 못하니 그런즉 참으로     불쌍하고 어리석은 자들이라.Therefore I said, Surely these [are] poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, [nor] the judgment of their God.5. 내가 위대한 자들에게 가서 그들에게 말하리니 그들은 {주}의 길과 자기 [하나님]의 심판을 알았도다, 하였으나     이들도 다 같이 멍에를 꺾고 결박들을 끊어 버렸느니라.I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, [and] the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, [and] burst the bonds.6. 그러므로 숲에서 나오는 사자가 그들을 죽이고 저녁때의 이리가 그들을 노략하며 표범이 그들의 도시들을 노려볼     터인즉 거기서 나오는 자마다 갈기갈기 찢기리니 이는 그들의 범죄가 많으며 그들의 타락이 늘어났기 때문이라.Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, [and] a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, [and] their backslidings are increased. 7. 내가 어찌 이 일에 대하여 너를 용서하겠느냐? 네 자녀들이 나를 버리고 신이 아닌 것들로 맹세하였으며 내가     그들을 배불리 먹이매 그들이 간음하고 떼를 지어 창녀들의 집에 모였도다.How shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by [them that are] no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots houses.8. 또 그들은 마치 아침에 먹이를 준 말들 같아서 저마다 자기 이웃의 아내의 뒤를 따르며 소리를 지르는도다.They were [as] fed horses in the morning: every one neighed after his neighbours wife.9. {주}가 말하노라. 내가 이런 일들로 인하여 징벌하지 아니하겠느냐? 내 혼이 이 같은 민족에게 원수를 갚지     아니하겠느냐?Shall I not visit for these [things]? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?10. 너희는 그 도시의 성벽에 올라가서 무너뜨리되 완전히 끝을 내지는 말고 그곳의 낮은 벽들만 제거하라. 그것들은      {주}의 것이 아니니라.Go ye up upon her walls, and destroy; but make not a full end: take away her battlements; for they [are] not the LORDS.11. {주}가 말하노라. 이스라엘의 집과 유다의 집이 내게 심히 반역하였느니라.For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith the LORD.12. 그들이 {주}에 대하여 그릇되게 전하며 말하기를, 그분은 계시지 아니한즉 재앙이 우리에게 닥치지 아니하며       우리가 칼이나 기근을 보지 아니하고They have belied the LORD, and said, [It is] not he; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword nor famine:13. 대언자들은 바람이 되리라. 말씀이 그들 속에 있지 아니한즉 그와 같이 그 일이 그들에게 이루어지리라, 하였도다.And the prophets shall become wind, and the word [is] not in them: thus shall it be done unto them.14. 그러므로 {주} 만군의 [하나님]이 이같이 말하노라. 너희가 이 말을 하였은즉, 보라, 내가 네 입에 있는 내 말들을       불이 되게 하고 이 백성을 나무가 되게 하리니 그것이 그들을 삼키리라.Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.15.{주}가 말하노라. 오 이스라엘의 집아, 보라, 내가 한 민족을 먼 곳에서 데려와 너희 위에 임하게 하리니 그것은 강한     민족이요, 오래된 민족이라. 네가 그 민족의 언어를 알지 못하며 그들의 말하는 것을 깨닫지 못하느니라.Lo, I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, saith the LORD: it [is] a mighty nation, it [is] an ancient nation, a nation whose language thou knowest not, neither understandest what they say.16. 그들의 화살 통은 열린 돌무덤 같고 그들은 다 용사들이니Their quiver [is] as an open sepulchre, they [are] all mighty men.17. 그들이 네 아들딸들이 먹을 네 수확물과 빵을 먹고 네 양 떼와 소 떼를 먹으며 네 포도나무와 무화과나무를 먹고       네가 신뢰하는, 성벽을 두른 도시들을 칼로 쳐서 불모지로 만들리라.And they shall eat up thine harvest, and thy bread, [which] thy sons and thy daughters should eat: they shall eat up thy flocks and thine herds: they shall eat up thy vines and thy fig trees: they shall impoverish thy fenced cities, wherein thou trustedst, with the sword.18. {주}가 말하노라. 그럼에도 불구하고 그때에 내가 너희를 완전히 없애지는 아니하리라.Nevertheless in those days, saith the LORD, I will not make a full end with you.19. 만일 너희가 말하기를, 어찌하여 {주} 우리 [하나님]께서 이 모든 일을 우리에게 행하시는가? 하거든 너는 그들에게      대답하기를, 너희가 나를 버리고 너희 땅에서 이방 신들을 섬겼은즉 너희가 그와 같이 너희 소유가 아닌 땅에서       이방 사람들을 섬기리라, 하라.And it shall come to pass, when ye shall say, Wherefore doeth the LORD our God all these [things] unto us? then shalt thou answer them, Like as ye have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land [that is] not yours.20. 야곱의 집에서 이것을 밝히 알리고 유다에서 그것을 널리 알려 이르기를,Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying,21. 오 어리석고 지각이 없으며 눈이 있어도 보지 못하고 귀가 있어도 듣지 못하는 백성이여, 이제 이 말을 들을지어다.Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not: 22. {주}가 말하노라. 너희가 나를 두려워하지 아니하느냐? 너희가 내 앞에서 떨지 아니하겠느냐?       내가 영원한 법령으로 모래를 배치하여 바다의 경계로 삼아 바다가 그것을 넘지 못하게 하였으므로 바다의 물결이      일어도 그것을 이기지 못하고 큰소리를 질러도 그것을 넘지 못하느니라.Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand [for] the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?23. 그러나 이 백성은 배반하며 반역하는 마음이 있어서 이미 배반하고 갔으며But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone.24. 또 마음속으로 이르기를, 제 때에 이른 비와 늦은 비를 주시는 {주} 우리 [하나님]을 이제 우리가 두려워하자.       그분께서 정해진 수확 주간을 우리를 위하여 남기시는도다, 하지도 아니하느니라.Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.25. 너희 불법들이 이러한 일들을 물리쳤고 너희 죄들이 좋은 것들을 막아 너희에게서 떠나게 하였느니라.Your iniquities have turned away these [things], and your sins have withholden good [things] from you.26. 내 백성 가운데 사악한 자들이 있나니 그들은 올무를 놓는 자같이 숨어 기다리며 덫을 놓아 사람들을 잡는도다.For among my people are found wicked [men]: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men. 27. 새장에 새들이 가득함같이 그들의 집에는 속임이 가득하도다. 그러므로 그들이 크게 되고 부유하게 되며As a cage is full of birds, so [are] their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich. 28. 기름지고 빛이 나는도다. 참으로 그들의 행위는 사악한 자들의 행위를 능가하나니 그들은 사정 곧 아버지 없는       자들의 사정을 공정하게 재판하지 아니할지라도 형통하며 궁핍한 자들의 권리를 공정하게 재판하지 아니하는도다.They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.29. {주}가 말하노라. 내가 이런 일들로 인하여 징벌하지 아니하겠느냐? 내 혼이 이 같은 민족에게 원수를 갚지       아니하겠느냐?Shall I not visit for these [things]? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?30. 그 땅에서 놀랍고도 무서운 일이 이루어졌도다.A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land; 31. 대언자들은 거짓으로 대언하고 제사장들은 자기 방법으로 다스리며 내 백성은 그렇게 하는 것을 사랑하니 그것의      마지막에는 너희가 무엇을 하려느냐?The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love [to have it] so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?
