OK I know we're not supposed to post a new topic for every player but I just have to say something about Lee's best performance in the shirt! He looked so confident and assured today. Completely cool when challenged and I just can't remember him not doing something creative when attacking. This is how I was hoping he would play for us so long may it continue now that he has found his form! 그래, 우리는 선수들마다 토픽을 정해서 포스트 하면 안된다는건 알지만 오늘 그의 퍼포먼스는 정말이지 그가 우리의 선수라는게 걸맞게 잘해줬어!  그는 오늘 자신감과 확신이 넘쳐보였지.  상대방 선수가 올때면 아주 쿨한 모습으로 대했고 그가 뛰어줄때 창의력으로 공격을 안했던 모습을 기억할수가 없었던거 같아.  나는 오랫동안 그가 이런모습으로 뛰어주길 바랬고 이제부터 계속해서 그가 이런 모습을 보여줬음 해.

My critisicm of Lee is only really ever that he has no left foot. Other than that, works very hard and deserves his first team place.

내가 그에게 가진 비판은 그가 왼쪽발을 사용할수 없었다는 거였어.  그거 빼고는 그는 열심히 하고

선발선수로 뛸 자격이 있다구.

Wipey를 상대로 괜찮게 해줬고, 많은 사람의 그의 실력을 제대로 평가 못해준다는 점에대해

믿을수 없어.  20년동안 제일 괜찮은 왼쪽 풀팩이라구.

Great post! Agree totally and its great to see him get some praise once in a while!

아주 좋은 포스트야, 모든점에 대해서 동감해.

그가 이렇게 가끔가다 한번씩 칭찬을 받는다는 모습을 보는건 좋은일이야.

Important performance, particularly for those that have suggested that he can't play against teams such as Bolton. Sadly, I'm not convinced he'll be at the club come next season.

Don't you agree that it's more a case of him not using his left than him using it and failing miserably?

그가 왼쪽발을 아예 사용할수 없다는 점에 대해서는 아주 사실인건 아니야- 그는 단지 왼쪽발을 사용

할만큼 충분한 자신감이 없다고 봐.  그가 그의 왼쪽발로 꽤 괜찮은 크로스들을 올려주는걸 봐왓다고.

차라리 왼쪽발에 대한 자신감이 없는게 아주 못하는 것보다는 낫다고 생각하지 않아?

said it for the whole of the last season, and for this one. lee is an extremely underrated FB... very good performance today.

작년 시즌에도 그랬고 이번시즌에도 말했지만 그는 그의 실력에 비해 사람들이 낮게보는

풀백이라고.. 오늘은 아주 좋은 모습을 보여줬어.

(아...해석하고 잇는 중간에..토튼햄 경기 못봤는데

봐야겠어요-_;)

I don't think that he had a better day than normal today, but then I think he gets unfairly singled out when the team as a whole have a bad day. If a full back makes a mistake it's usually in a dangerous position and could lead to a goal. He's normally in the right places, is a decent tackler, comfortable on the ball. Could have a better left foot, but he's solid enough, and not the reason why we're where we are in the table. He's played in World Cup and Champions League semis, and I'm sure he could play in a Top 4 side (that's not to say he's the best 4 in the league, but still capable of holding his own).

그가 오늘 특히 나 더 잘해줬다고 생각하지마, 허나 나는 그가 불공평하게 모든 선수들이 못해줄때

특히나 그만 안좋은 평을 받는다고 생각하지.  풀백이 실수를 할때는 보통 아주 안좋은 포지션에서 실수를 만들고 그게 골로 연결될수가 있지.  그는 보통 있어야 할 곳에 있지, 태클도 괜찮게 하고, 볼 다루는것도 편해 보여.  더 나은 왼쪽발을 가질수 있지, 하지만 그는 잘하지,  그래서 우리가 지금 있는 순위에 있고.   그는 월드컵과 챔스 세마이 파이널에서 뛰어줬어, 그리고사이드에서 탑 4 안에 들어갈수 있다고 봐.  (프림에서 탑 4위라고까지는 말 못하겠지만 그만큼 그는 그정도의 실력을 보여줄수 있다고 봐.)

정당하게 말하자면 그가 오늘 보여준 모습은 작년 시즌에 보여준거하고 다름없었지. 하지만 내 생각에

사람들은 그가 지금 보여주는 모습에 더 감사하게 여기는거 같에, 에코토가 어떤 모습을 보여줬는지 생각한다면..

Lee Young has always given his all for every game he has played. Today was the same - but it showed more as we went down to ten men. COYS 이영표는 항상 모든 게임에 충실한 모습을 보여줬어.  오늘은 예전과 다름 없었지 - 하지만 우리가 10명의 선수들로만 구성되어있을때 그 모습이 더 돗보였지.

He always plays like that. One of the most underrated players I can remember in recent times.

I know YP is some peoples favourite person to blame but i will say it anyway. He had another good and secure game today. I dont think BAE will walk into the first team when he is fit.

그냥 말할래.  그는 오늘 또 한번의 좋은 게임을 보여줬어.

fully agree with you mate. I think that his attacking nature of play intimidates some of the fans, but he's so dynamic and always on the run, his tackling is improving and he's extremely pacy and quick. He's a great player, at the moment much better than BAE.

니말에 전체적으로 동감해.  내 생각에는 그가 보여주는 공격적인 모습이 몇몇 팬들을 두렵게 만들지만,

그는 아주 다이나믹 하고 항상 뛰어주고, 그의 태클은 발전되어 가고 있고 그리고 그는 아주 페이스가 좋고 빠르다고.  그는 아주 좋은 선수야, 지금으로 볼때는 BAE보다 훨씬 더 낫지.

Did extreamly well, but was helped by Rocha coming across when Bolton resorted to their usual smash long balls at the shortest member of the oppo defense.

Lee is a great player, was excellent at Everton also, and i have said before, with some proper support on the left flank he would be awesome.

그는 아주 휼륭한 선수야, 에버튼하고 할때도 아주 잘해줬지 그리고 예전에 말한거와 같이

왼쪽에서 좋은 서포트만 (윙어) 받아준다면 그는 정말 끝내줄꺼야.

Yup Lee was excellent and has been playing very well recently. I rate BAE who I think is rapidly improving and has enormous potential and am happy with the two of them as our left back options 그래, 그는 아주 잘해줬고 최근에는 정말 끝내줬지.  나는 BAE도 괜찮다고 생각해, 점점 발전하고 있고 아주 큰 가능성을 가지고 있지 그리고 이 둘이 우리에게 왼쪽 풀백 옵션을 준다는것에 대해서 행복해 하고 있고.

후반 중간에 미들쪽으로 아주 잘 나가줬고 코너까지 나오게 만들어 줬지.  오늘 아주 잘해줬어.

Berbs was MOTM but Zokora deserves a special mention, it would be an enormous benefit to the team if he can consistently perform like that.

Everyone was good today, to add some comments to the ratings we've seen above id say... Defense, coped well with Boltons non stop crosses. Dawson stood out, cleared everything then just ran back to his position with no fuss. Midfield - won it for us today. Zokora brilliant once again, won it back then took it forward 20 yards passed then got back. Jenas was excellent, did so much especially in the last 20 minutes. Lennon and Tainio were also good, Lennon all over the place. Berbatov - one of the best hold up displays ive seen. Keane - 2 good goals, involved in everything.

Watching Berbatov is mesmorizing. He creates so much from nothing and always gives his 110%. He is a class player and such a joy to watch, i'm so happy he is in a Spurs shirt and long may he wear it! To say he was brilliant today would be a severe understatement. His timing was impecable and could have 3 goals today. Here is a legend in the making, expect A LOT more from this lad.

Can't really fault anyone today. I'd give MOM to one of Jenas or Zokora with Berbatov not far behind. This pairing has really made the difference for us over the last two games. No two players on the pitch covered more ground.

Brillaint stuff from all, europe doesn't sem that far away now (4 points) Special mention for Berbs -MOTM, looked like the best all round striker in the PL today Zok/TT/Jenas/Steed/Lennon - the midfield is now protecting the back four properly and still looking creative MJ - Well done Jol ... 60 mins with 10 men after 3 games in a week, and we always looked the better side

A fantastic performance - every player deserves credit. Robinson - 7. Made a hash out of that corner, but pretty comfortable otherwise. Chimbonda - 8. Produced a couple of very neat turns and powerful tackles, looked a class above his opponents. Some decent crosses for a change, too! Dawson - 7. A towering defensive performance (particularly strong in the air), but his distribution remains appalling - he gave away possession completely unnecessarily on four or five occasions. Rocha - 7. Pleasing performance - very solid. Lee - 8. One weak header aside, an extremely competent perofrmance. Good movement going forward and an important goal-line clearance. 약했던 헤딩만 빼놓곤 아주 만족할만한 퍼포먼스를 보여줬어.  공격적으로 좋은 무브먼트를 보여줬고 골이 들어갈뻔한걸 막아줬지. Tainio - 7. Worked very hard and to good effect. Strong defensive discipline, coupled by a couple of useful attacking forrays. Jenas - 8. Immense. Defensively superb, and got another goal. Really, really pleased with him. Zokora - 8. A complete midfielder's performance. Was helped by the fact that the opposition seemed incapable of challenging for possession, but he still did a lot of things right today. Not enjoying his theatrics, though. Lennon - 7. Very handy in the first half, pretty much disappeared in the second, but he got a goal so no complaints from me. Keane - 8. Two goals is enough for me to grant him a high rating despite his brief appearance. Berbatov - 10. WOW. Deft touches, intelligent passing, immaculate timing. Held the ball up brilliantly. Considered giving him a 9 as he failed to get onto the scoresheet, but decided that I couldn't justify not giving a 10 (the first I've given since we began the POTY threads) to a player who, in difficult circumstances, was at the heart of almost everything good that we did. Malbranque - 7. Would love to see a place for him in the team, as he's such a creative threat, but his brief stint showed his defensive inability as much as his attacking ability.

Robinson - 7. Solid Chimbonda - 8. I love this guy, he makes everything he does look so simple and straightforward, good crosses for once and an awesome run for his assist. Dawson - 7. Standard performance I felt, was a bit wasteful sometimes. Rocha - 7. Was the weakest of the back four, but no disgrace as rest of defence are experienced PL players. Lee - 8. Great performance from an underrated player. Up and down for 90 minutes as always. 저평가 되고있는 선수한테서 아주 좋은 모습을 보여줬어.  90분동안 위를 갔다가 아래로 내려왔다가 해씾. Tainio - 7. Solid performance, made good use of the ball and worked hard. Jenas - 8. Improving with every game it seems. Started move that led to his goal by winning a header in his own half then got forward to support his attackers. Seems more assertive and direct at the moment. Zokora - 8. Still diving, but the rest of his performance overshadowed that. Consistently got hold of the ball today, moved the play on 20-30 yards and retained his position well. Lennon - 7. Solid game from him, he didnt do much in the second half but its always good to see him score. Keane - 8. Had a hand in all the goals that were scored while he was playing, harshly sent off, keep shooting first time please Robbie! Berbatov - 9. Immense performance on his own up front. Control is next-level. Was involved in all our attacks and deserved a hat-trick, let alone just a goal, for his performance. Malbranque - 7. Did well in the attacking play, as always.

Robbo 7 Made some good saves. Chim 9 Magnificent Daws 7 heroic at back (slightly dodgy distribution) Rocha 7 committed and good in the air Lee 9 Magnificent  (단어 찾아들 보시는게 어때요 훗.) 아주 잘했다는 표현인데.. 찾아보시는게..ㅠㅠ Lennon 7 great energy and commitment Tainio 7 Industrious and even enterprising Jenas 7 Full of zest Zok 8 Tirelessly irritating to there midfield Keane 8 Great Berbs 9 Breathtaking Steed 7 purposeful and effective MJ 9 I dont know how but he has turned it all around. This team is suddenly motivation epitomised.

Robbo 6 - Was caught out of position at the corner which led to penalty/red card/goal. Otherwise solid and good kicking. Chimbonda 8 - At a couple of occassions he let his man get past him a bit too easily, but I'm probably being overly critical. Great run and cross for Keane's second goal and in the second half he was very solid. Dawson 7 - Got better and better. I thought he started a bit off the pace, and was beaten to the ball by Anelka few times. I also think he was supposed to be marking Campo on the penalty incident. In the second half he was a rock at the back for us. Rocha 8 - Pleasantly surprised. Didn't have to battle with any physcially strong strikers today, and that probably helped. Still he looked strong, good in the air, composed on the ball and good in the tackle. Everything he wasn't against Sheffield United. He mishit a couople of clearances, but overall a very good performance. Lee 8 - Solid us usual. Some important defensive work, especially one time when he saved a certain goal with a header away on the far post. Always difficult to get past, and was very composed on the ball when we needed to keep possession in the second half. 평상시와 같이 잘해줬어.  꽤 중요한 수비적인 모습을 보여줫지, 특히 한번 그가 골이 될뻔한걸 헤딩으로 막아줬을때 말야.  그를 피해 가기는 항상 어렵지 그리고 후반전에 우리가 공을 가지고 있었어야 될때 잘 지켜줬어. Tainio 8 - I thought he did ever so well. Worked incredibly hard as usual, and was also good on teh ball. Involved in the third goal and played a tremendous pass for Berbatov in the second. Definitely worthy of a regular place in the team. Jenas 8 - His work rate is important to the team, as is the goals he's been scoring lately. Maybe not the most influential player on the ball today otherwise, but he kept things neat and tidy and played well. Zokora 9 - Surely his best performance for us. I've said it about all our midfielders, but they all deserve the credit, amazing job off the ball. What was really impressive today what was he did on teh ball though. Even his passing was very good today, and when he makes those runs forward he's pretty much unstoppable. Lennon 8 - Still not at his best, but I'm in a good mood and let him get the benefit of the doubt and give him an "8". He was definitely better than in his previous two games. Worked really hard when we were down to ten men, but I also think he did well on the ball. Caried the ball forward well, and didn't lose possession often today. A few times he does strange things when under pressure deep into his own half though. Got another goal with his left foot. Four out of five league goals for us have been scored with his left, which is a rather strange statisitic for a very much right footed player. Keane 9 - Don't really know how to rate him, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt in the penalty situation. I'm not sure he intended to handball. I'm pretty sure it was just a reflex reaction. He was amazing until he was sent off. His first goal was another goal out of the top drawer. Excellent movement and understading with Berbatov and threatened the space behind their defence which is what he should always do. Was very important in terms of winning the game for us, even though he went off early. Berbatov 10 - Unbeliavble performance. If I was critical I could give him only a "9" because he failed to take advantage of a few good opportunities to get our 4th goal, but on a day like today I won't. Some of his touches are just unbeliavable and gets me out of the sofa applauding. Fantastic player. Malbranque 8 - Very good performance off the bench. Got close to scoring twice and showed good mevement and ability on the ball. Should have done better at one counter-attack when he chose the wrong option, but made up for it when he set up Lennon's goal.

Berbatov was immense and was probably MOTM, but a special word for Jenas who organised it all and who gave Zokora the chance to perform up to his pre-season reputation. This was Zokora's best performance but the platform was Jenas'.
