Dear siblings,
130 people registered at our conference.
There are only a few days left before we will see each other in Rothenfels.
We would like to list a few more important things so that you don't have any nasty surprises at the camp.
1) Please don't forget to bring the following things with you!
* Bible and writing materials
* Towels
* Multiple sockets (EU standard), the sockets in the room are limited
* Clothes, toothpaste, toothbrush, hygiene materials Linen is provided by the hostel.
2) coffee time We will have a coffee time in the afternoon. Please bring sweets and snacks that we can share. Unfortunately, we don't have a fridge, so you can't bring cake and store it.
3) Covid-19 measures
The number of people infected with Covid-19 is increasing again in Germany.
Masks are not compulsory for our event, but masks can be worn if you wish.
The best possible protection should be guaranteed on our SBK mainly by having each participant have a quick test (or PCR test) carried out within 24 hours before arrival and showing the proof on arrival.
If the test is positive, we ask you to inform us and not to come in the first place.
All guests from abroad are tested on site.
There is a room for eventual Quarantine cases available. In addition, each person will receive 3 quick tests and 2 surgical masks upon check-in with the request to carry out a self-test in the mornings of the 3 following days.
Positive results should be reported to Renate Schmeinck (mobile: 017045906570).
4) Room allocation Unfortunately, due to the room situation in the hostel, we were not able to fulfill all room requests. Married couples with babies and preschool children, as well as the disabled, have priority for two-bed rooms.
All other participants were divided into rooms according to gender.
We ask for your understanding.
5) Important materials
We won't have a physical folder or booklet this year.
All important information will be published in our password-protected participant area on our website.
Here you will find Bible study materials, sermon scripts, site maps, etc.

6) Weather forecast The current weather forecast indicates temperatures of 25-27°C with a 30-40% chance of rain.
The heat wave seems to be over by then.
Feel free to adjust your clothes accordingly.
We look forward to you!
