No setting goal for meditayion. This principle goes forever. Just sit and close your eyes. Let thinking erupt and disappear. Later it will go one by one. No intention and no goal for meditation.
Question:
So I am new to meditation and having a hard time with it specially sitting still for that long. Everytime I go to begin meditation then itching starts🙄 my goal is to do it long term and want to get to the point to where I can get into a trance. Right now it feels almost impossible. It's very discouraging so with thar being said what tips do you all have to be successful at meditation? My mind goes non-stop I really need help with it thanks in advance peeps.
