19:40. As it is,｜we are in danger｜of being charged with rioting｜because of today's events. In that case｜we would not be able to account for this commotion,｜since there is no reason for it."

be charged with…로 가득 차 있다.…을 책임 맡고 있다…의 혐의를 받다 —로 몰리다 기소당하다 고발당하다

【해석 1】실제로는 우리는 위험에 처해 있습니다. / 소요[난동]죄로 고소될[몰릴] / 오늘의 소요[난동]사건때문에 / 만일 그러한 경우에는 / 우리는 이러한 소동[폭동-난동]을 해명할 수 없을 것입니다 / 왜냐하면 그것[난동-난동집회]에 대한 어떤 이유도 없기 때문에

【해석 2】실제로는 우리는 오늘의 소요[난동]사건 때문에 소요죄로 고소될[몰릴] 위험에 처해 있습니다. 만일 그러한 경우에는 우리는 그것[소요집회-불법집회]에 대한 이유가 없기 때문에 이러한 소동[난동]을 해명할 길이 없을 것입니다.

행19:40 우리는 오늘의 사건 때문에 소요죄로 몰릴 위험이 있습니다. 오늘 여러분이 피운 소동은 불법적이니 만일 그것이 문제가 된다면 해명할 길이 없을 것입니다."

40. 本日のこの 事態に 關して， 我¿は 暴動の 罪に 問われるおそれがある． この 無秩序な 集會のことで， 何一つ 弁解する 理由はないからだ． 」こう 言って，

40. For we are in danger of being charged with rioting today, there being no cause that we can give to justify this commotion."
