축구를 아끼고 사랑하는 선수․임원 여러분 !

문화유적의 보고 남도답사 1번지 강진에서 제4회 한국중등(U-15)축구연맹회장배 겸 전라남도지사배 국제축구 대회를 개최하게된 것을 온 군민과 함께 진심으로 축하드리며 대회 참가를 위해 강진을 찾아 주신 선수․임원 여러분들을 진심으로 환영합니다.

아울러 이번 대회가 성사되도록 적극적인 배려와 물심양면으로 성원을 아끼시지 않으신 한국중등축구연맹 김석한회장님을 비롯한 박준영 전라남도지사님 그리고 축구 관계자 여러분 모두에게 진심으로 감사를 드립니다.

존경하는 선수․임원 여러분 !

축구는 팀의 조직력과 단결력을 중심으로, 각종 개인 기술과 전략이 결합된 박진감 넘치는 운동경기로 오늘날 세계적으로 가장 인기 있는 스포츠로 자리를 잡고 있습니다.

이번 대회는 7개 국가 유망 선수들이 한 자리에 모여 그 동안 갈고 닦은 기량을 유감없이 발휘하여 자국의 명예를 빛내 주시기 바라며 개인적으로는 국가대표 또는 세계적인 선수로 성장하는 계기가 되시기를 기대합니다.

끝으로 한국중등축구연맹의 무궁한 발전을 기원하면서, 본 대회의 성공적 개최를 위해 정성을 다해 주신 관계자 여러분께 깊은 감사의 말씀을 드리며 자리를 함께 하신 여러분 모두의 건승을 기원합니다.

Congratulatory Address

Dear Soccer-loving players and Officials

On this occasion, the 4th Korean Middle School (U-15) Soccer Federation Cup and International Soccer Tournament of Jeollanam-do Provincial Governor Cup, I heartily welcome you all on behalf of everyone in the county, and would like to officially invite you all as players and officials to participate in thisevent.

I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Chairman Kim Seok-Han of the Korean Middle School Soccer Federation, who has given his support both materially and morally, with positive consideration for the success of this event, and to Governor Park Jun-Yeong of Jeollanam-do Province, and everyone associated with this Soccer Tournament.

To all the Talented Players and their Officials !

Soccer is a dynamic sport, combining personal technique and strategy with the power of organization and unity, and continues to maintain its position as the most popular sport in the world.

As prospective players representing seven countries gathered here to demonstrate your brilliant skills, and uphold the names of each country, I expect each of you to develop as ambassadors for your country's and develop as ambassadors of the game of football.

Finally, I pray for the Korean Middle School Soccer Federation's continued success, and would like to express my deep gratitude to all the people who have contributed to the success of this event. I wish you all good health.
