1. Receptionist and Date Entry Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities

-Welcoming and greeting in Person clients

-Enetering date related to production, inventory, and sales

-Daily housekeeping duties

-Redirect incoming calls to appropriate individual

-Assist in managing office environment and morale

-Process sales, courier pickups

-Assist the HR Manager in training new employees

-Participate with managers in projects as requested

Qualifications

-Demonstrated ability in handling sensitive and confidential information

-Excellent organization and communication skills

-Accurate and efficient data entry skills

-Fluency in Korean or Chinese an asset

2. Production Assistant

Duties and Reponsibilities

-Become proficient with numerous equipment process lines

-Input data and relevant information into software program on a daily basis

-Clean work area and machines on a daily basis

-Perform routine packaging, labeling and assembly tasks

-Communicate and report on key quality, output data and possible improvements to higher level operators or supervisors

-Assess quality of finished products

-Observe all safety procedures and precautions

-Other tasks as needed by the supervisor

Qualifications

-Basice knowledge of work zone safety and practices

-Attention to detail and hands on skills

-Excellent organization and communication skils

-Ability to work both independently and with a team to achieve results and meet tight deadlines

-Able to lift minimum 25 kg

-Openness to maual labor and cleaning

-A valid driver's license is an asset

-First aid training is an asset

-Basic computer skills, including databases and spreadsheets

-Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset

3. Production Techinician

Duties and Responsibilities

-Maintain, repair, and operate production machinery

-Become proficient with numerous equipment process lines

-Housekeeping of tools and machinery

-Perform routine packaging, labeling and assembly tasks

-Assess quality of finished products

-Observe all safety procedures and precautions

-Other tasks as needed by the manager

Qualifications

-Basic knowledge of certain tools, such as a digital caliper or a multimeter tester

-Common knowledge regarding the safety operational procedures in a technical workplace environment

-Experience with mechanical, engineering, repairing or machinery

-Attention to detail and hands on skills

-Excellent organization and communiation skills

-A valid drivers license is an asset

-First aid training is an asset

-Basic computer skills, including databases and spreadsheets
