📄 수입대행계약서 (Import Agency Agreement)머리말 (Preamble)

제3조 대행 수수료 (Article 3 – Agency Fee)

국문 위탁자는 대행자에게 총 수입금액의 ○%를 수수료로 지급한다.

영문 The Principal shall pay the Agent a commission of ○% of the total import amount.

제4조 비용 부담 (Article 4 – Cost Bearing)

국문 관세, 부가세, 운송비, 보험료 등 수입과 관련된 제반 비용은 위탁자가 부담한다.

영문 Customs duties, VAT, transportation costs, insurance premiums, and other expenses related to the import shall be borne by the Principal.

제5조 책임과 클레임 (Article 5 – Liability and Claims)

국문 대행자는 통관 및 행정 절차를 수행하되, 물품의 품질 및 하자에 대한 책임은 위탁자에게 귀속된다.

영문 The Agent shall perform customs clearance and administrative procedures, but responsibility for the quality and defects of the goods shall rest with the Principal.

제6조 인도 및 검수 (Article 6 – Delivery and Inspection)

국문 물품은 위탁자가 지정한 장소에서 인도하며, 인도 시 위탁자가 검수한다.

영문 The goods shall be delivered at the location designated by the Principal, and the Principal shall inspect them upon delivery.

제7조 분쟁 해결 (Article 7 – Dispute Resolution)

국문 본 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁은 ○○중재원 규정에 따라 중재로 해결한다.

영문 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ○○ Arbitration Center.

제8조 계약 기간 및 해지 (Article 8 – Term and Termination)
