PRA 제출 서류

Dear Mr. Wo:

 

Following your SRRV Online Application, please be informed that in order for us to process your Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV),  you need to comply with the following documentary requirements, to wit:

 

1.   Medical Certificate(using the attached Medical Form)   

�    Can be secured from your country duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consular Office.

�    Can also be secured in the Philippines through the PRA accredited clinic or at any clinic/hospital.

2.  Police Clearance secured from your country authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consular Office;

3.  Certificate of  Inward   Remittance on the required  Dollar Time deposit maintained in the PRA accredited bank (please refer to the attached remittance instruction).   

     You have the option   to choose from  the following enrollment Scheme:

                  �    SRRV SMILE      -   US$20,000 required deposit which is LOCK-IN in the bank, inconvertible into investment and withdrawable 

                                                    only to satisfy end term needs and obligation or upon cancellation of SRRV 

                                     �   SRRV CLASSIC  -   US$20,000 required deposit which may be converted into active investment after thirty (30) days from date

                                                     of issuance of SRR Visa and upon approval by PRA.   The use/conversion of the Time Deposit shall be

                                                     allowed provided the value of investment is equal to at least US$50,000 or its  Php equivalent and 

                                                     limited to the following  investment areas: (a) Purchase/acquisition of a condo unit  and/or townhouse with

                                                     condominium Certificate of Title(CCT) and (2) Long term lease of  a condo unit, townhouse, or house and

                                                     lot for a period not shorter than 25 years renewable for another 25 years. Both a and b investment areas

                                                     must be ready for occupancy .

4 .    Original Passport with valid entry;

5.   12  pcs.  2x2  pictures;  and

6.      Application fee of: US$1,400.00 and US$360 Annual PRA Fee.

 

The processing and issuance of the SRRV normally take 10 working days upon submission of the complete requirements personally to the PRA Office.
