중대범죄수사청장 후보추천위원회(후보추천위)는 지난 4일 김 전 차장검사와 김관정(62·사법연수원 26기) 전 수원고검장, 이재명 정부 특별검사팀 출신인 문홍주(58·31기) 전 부장판사와 이윤제(57·29기) 명지대 법학과 교수 등 4명을 중수청장 후보자로 윤 장관에게 추천했다. 윤 장관이 최종 후보로 임명 제청한 김 전 차장검사는 국회 인사청문회를 거쳐 중수청장에 임명된다.
