<p>The kingdom of God is like a child. Children come close to Jesus with their parents and simply accept His words. Adults may seem like they’re accepting, but they don’t accept everything; children, even if they appear busy, are listening to it all. For children to accept the gospel of the kingdom is actually radical – they just accept it. Adults filter what they accept, but children take it in just as it is. "Whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all." He’s not talking about the size of one’s faith, but rather says they simply won’t enter the kingdom.</p><p> </p><p>Children try to act on what they hear. This is why Jesus called them close.
