Dongseongseohaeng (World Peace Tour) and HWPL Peace Activities

Dongseongseohaeng [東成西行 (DSSH)] is the work of going to the west and preaching about what was prophesied by the west was fulfilled in the east.

Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) means that it has an objective of doing the work of bringing wars around the world to an end, achieving peace, and leaving [peace] as an eternal legacy for the future generations through the culture of heaven.

When going from Korea to overseas, the number of people is about 7 to 8 people, and if we combine that with the [number of] saints in the local area, it is about 50 to 100 people. Have you attended any of these events?

Our peace activities transcended borders, races, and religions as well. Just as World Peace Summits were held in Korea, Men, Women, and Youth—these three groups have been hosting events for peace day and night. The objective is achieving peace and cessation of war in the world in order to leave [peace] as a legacy for the future generations. The events were in regard to consenting to the written agreement of the necessity of peace and cooperation. The staff for the events consisted of 5 to 7 men including young adults and 2 to 3 women. Even at the events held overseas, after the first event, each team hosted events day and night. MOUs were signed with women’s and youth groups, and branch offices were established.

In terms of meals, aside from breakfast, the local members prepared Korean dishes for us. The biggest problem was the interpretation. They could only understand if we spoke their native language and didn’t know English as well as the people of our country (Koreans).

Because time was so tightly scheduled, [we] did not even have an hour to spare. At the time of DSSH, Yu Cheonsun (wife) and a female translator accompanied us. During the time for HWPL activities, Kim○○ (then-Representative of the Women's Group) went with a translator.

Unless a person is born again, the way a person innately thinks causes problems. Believers must forsake their greed for money and power.

※ Number of Staff for Overseas Activities

○ First Round : DSSH church work, 4 to 5 men, 2 women

Period: 10-15 days

○ Second Round : HWPL peace work, 4 to 5 men, 2 to 3 women

Period: 15-20 days, Special Circumstances: about 30 days

Event: 3-5 days, dinner time, various organizations from the worlds of academia and politics

Approximately 10 members went at the time of departure, about 50-100 local members

○ Teams: Special Guests of HWPL, Women's Group (IWPG), Youth Group (IPYG), Politics Team, Academia Team, General Organizations Team. Each team gathering had approximately 60 teams. MOUs were signed with each team.

There was not even a moment to rest. The busiest team is the filming team. A sufficient amount of money must be taken to cover the expenses. Every time we went, we took 15-20 large boxes of gifts. Due to the costs, not many people were able to go. Most of the events were HWPL’s events. In terms of the word and doctrine, [I] only preached at our churches overseas.

Through the peace activities of HWPL, the political world, the religious world, and the society all became one through “We Are One.”
