This time finally, my deal would not be closed successfully, with my friend''s comments as saying : "Hi Scott. Just found out from our Buyer, that they know Mr. Dimitri of Talins. He does not have a good reputation at all. They did not say he was a fake, just that he appears to be a non-performer. So the only glimmer of hope we have with him is if he is really the Mandate of the Refinery and he can really get them to supply. The Buyer said they wil need the name of the real Seller for the ICPO and IMFPA as well "
