<너가 사회에서 기업인이라면>

우리가 기업인이 되면
사회를 냉철하게 분별할 줄 알아야 한다.
마음이 약하고 한쪽에 치우친다면
많은 사람을 이끄는 대표가 되기 어렵다.

하늘이 당신에게 능력과 경제를 준 것은
그 힘을 사회에 더 크게 쓰라고 준 것이다.
그러므로 항상 생각해야 한다.
“내가 가진 것을 어떻게 써야 많은 사람에게
진정한 도움이 될까?”

돈을 기부하는 것은 쉽다.
하지만 1억을 기부하더라도 그 안에 나의 관심과 노력, 사회를 바르게 만들려는 뜻이 함께 담겨야 한다.
상황을 제대로 살피지 않고 돈만 주는 것은
오히려 상대의 성장을 막을 수도 있다.

나무도 열악한 환경에서
자랄 때 필요한 만큼 받쳐주어야 한다.
너무 많은 물과 거름을 주면 오히려
나무가 죽을 수 있다.

사람을 돕는 것도 마찬가지다.
있다고 함부로 주는 것이 아니라, 상대가 스스로
일어설 수 있도록 필요한 만큼 바르게 도울
줄 알아야 한다.

진정한 기업인은
자신이 가진 힘을 어떻게 써야 사회와 사람을
이롭게 할 수 있는지 냉철하게 분별할
줄 아는 사람이다.

<If You Are a Business Leader in Society>

As a business leader, you must be able to look at society clearly and make sound judgments. If you are too easily swayed by emotions or lean too far to one side, it will be difficult to become a leader who can guide many people.

The abilities and wealth given to you by Heaven are meant to be used for the greater good of society. Therefore, you should always ask yourself:

“How can I use what I have to truly benefit many people?”

Giving money is easy. Even if you donate 100 million won, your genuine concern, effort, and intention to improve society should be part of that giving. Simply handing out money without carefully understanding the situation may actually prevent others from growing and becoming independent.

A tree growing in a harsh environment needs only the right amount of support. Too much water or fertilizer can actually harm or even kill it.

Helping people works the same way. Just because you have more does not mean you should give without careful thought. True help means providing what is truly needed so that others can eventually stand on their own.

A true business leader is someone who can wisely and objectively discern how to use their abilities and resources to benefit both people and society.

〈如果你是社会中的企业家〉

当我们成为企业家，就要懂得冷静而理性地分辨社会中的各种问题。如果内心软弱，或者思想偏向某一方，就很难成为能够带领众人的领导者。

上天赋予你能力和财富，是希望你把这份力量更好、更广泛地运用于社会。因此，我们应该经常思考：

“我应该如何运用自己所拥有的，才能真正帮助更多的人？”

捐钱其实并不难。即使捐出一亿韩元，其中也应该包含自己的关心、努力，以及希望社会变得更加美好的心意。如果不了解实际情况，只是一味地给予金钱，反而可能阻碍对方的成长。

就像一棵生长在恶劣环境中的树，需要的是适当的帮助。如果给予过多的水和肥料，反而可能使树无法健康成长，甚至枯死。

帮助人也是同样的道理。不是因为自己拥有得多，就可以随意给予，而是要懂得给予真正需要的帮助，让对方能够依靠自己的力量站起来。

真正的企业家，是懂得冷静分辨如何运用自己所拥有的能力与财富，使社会和更多的人都能从中受益的人。

<Si fueras empresario en la sociedad>

Cuando nos convertimos en empresarios, debemos saber observar la sociedad con claridad y discernimiento. Si somos demasiado débiles emocionalmente o nos inclinamos hacia un solo lado, será difícil convertirnos en líderes capaces de representar y guiar a muchas personas.

El Cielo te ha dado capacidades y recursos económicos para que utilices esa fuerza de una manera más grande y beneficiosa para la sociedad. Por eso, siempre debemos preguntarnos:

“¿Cómo puedo utilizar lo que tengo para ayudar verdaderamente a más personas?”

Donar dinero es fácil. Pero incluso si donas cien millones de wones, esa ayuda debe ir acompañada de tu interés, tu esfuerzo y tu voluntad de contribuir a mejorar la sociedad. Dar dinero sin comprender bien la situación puede, incluso, impedir que la otra persona crezca por sí misma.

Un árbol que crece en un entorno difícil necesita solamente el apoyo necesario. Si recibe demasiada agua o fertilizante, puede debilitarse e incluso morir.

Ayudar a las personas funciona de la misma manera. No debemos dar indiscriminadamente solo porque tenemos más. Debemos saber ayudar de la manera adecuada y en la medida necesaria, para que la otra persona pueda levantarse y avanzar por sí misma.

Un verdadero empresario es aquel que sabe discernir con claridad cómo utilizar sus capacidades y recursos para beneficiar a las personas y a la sociedad.
