** Main duty
- Answering incoming phone calls to schedule service appointments for customers.
- Mapping & scheduling technician’s repair visit.
- Gathering contact information from customers and collecting detailed overview of the service issue.
- Repair parts, inventory sorting & management
** Qualities required
- Good command of English
- Good judgment
- High degree of emotional self-control
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking
** 자격: Work Permit 또는 영주권, 시민권자
** 급여: Starting, $18 / hour-3개월 수습 후, 급여 인상 가능
