아프리카에 태어났다고
하늘에서 너에게 벌을 주니 불행하다 생각하는데
그것이 그곳에 살아가는 법칙이다.
즉 우리가 다양하게 살아 가는 방법이 있는 것이지
그것을 불쌍하게 생각하는 자체가 잘못된 것이다.

그래서 여기서 저아이들은
"무엇을 배워야 하는가?"이것을 찾아 주는 사람이
되어야 하는 것이다.

그런데 부정적인 사고로 쳐다보니
아이들이 그 환경에서 어떻게 바르게 성장해야 하는지
희망을 주지 못하고 있는 것이다.

세상에 먹을 것이 넘쳐나서 버리고 있는데,
왜 여기는 들어가지 않느냐?
아직까지 이곳에 들어 가면 안되기 때문이다.
자연은 그렇게 운용한다.

안들어 가야 할 곳에 자꾸 준다면
너를 망하게 하는 것이다.
그렇게 해서라도 균형을 맞춰야 하는 것이다.
즉 '이러한 부분을 만져야 하는 구성원이 있는 것이다.'

여기서 우리가 무엇을 밝혀야 하고,
무엇을 찾아야 하는가?
이것을 지식인들이 해결해야 하는 것이다.

우리 지식인들이
우리 나라에 문제점을 바르게 풀어 나가면
이 샘플이 국제적으로 적용해서 어려움을 풀어 나가면
경제는 벌려고 하지 않아도 스스로 일어나는 것이다.

<If You Were Born in Africa>

Some people think that being born in Africa means that Heaven has punished them and that they are destined to be unhappy. But each place has its own environment and way of life. There are many different ways of living in this world, and simply looking at people with pity can itself be a misunderstanding.

What we should ask instead is:

“What do these children need to learn in the environment they were born into?”

We need people who can discover the answer to this question and help children grow properly within their own circumstances.

<如果你出生在非洲>

有些人认为，出生在非洲是上天给予的惩罚，因此觉得那里的人是不幸的。其实，每个地方都有属于自己的生活环境和生存方式。这个世界本来就存在着多种多样的生活方式，如果只是用怜悯的眼光去看待他们，这种想法本身就可能是错误的。

所以，我们真正应该思考的是：

“这些孩子在这样的环境中，究竟需要学习什么？”

我们应该成为能够找到这个答案，并帮助孩子们在自己的环境中正确成长的人。

如果我们总是用消极的眼光看待他们，就无法真正理解孩子们应该如何在这样的环境中成长，也无法给予他们真正的希望。

世界上的食物如此丰富，甚至有大量食物被浪费和丢弃。那么，为什么这些食物没有进入某些贫困地区呢？

按照这一教导，这是因为有些地方在当下还不适合用这样的方式给予。大自然有它自身运行和平衡的法则。

如果不断把东西给予一个尚未准备好的地方，不但可能无法真正帮助他们，反而可能使他们失去自立和成长的力量。因此，我们需要理解其中的平衡，也需要有人去研究和解决这些问题。

那么，在这里我们究竟应该揭开什么？
又应该寻找和解决什么？

这正是知识分子应该承担起来的责任。

如果我们的知识分子能够正确认识并解决自己国家的问题，把这些经验和方法建立成一个成功的范例，就可以将其应用到国际社会，帮助其他国家和地区解决困难。

当我们真正找到能够帮助人类和社会发展的方法时，不必把赚钱作为首要目标，经济也会随着有价值的社会活动自然发展起来。

<Si hubieras nacido en África>

Algunas personas piensan que haber nacido en África significa haber recibido un castigo del cielo y, por eso, consideran que quienes nacen allí son desafortunados. Sin embargo, cada lugar tiene su propio entorno y su propia forma de vida. En este mundo existen diversas maneras de vivir, y mirar a las personas únicamente con lástima puede ser, en sí mismo, una manera equivocada de entender su realidad.

Por eso, lo que realmente debemos preguntarnos es:

“¿Qué necesitan aprender estos niños dentro del entorno en el que han nacido?”

Necesitamos personas capaces de encontrar esa respuesta y de ayudar a los niños a crecer correctamente dentro de sus propias circunstancias.

Si los observamos solamente desde una perspectiva negativa, no podremos comprender cómo pueden crecer y desarrollarse en ese entorno, ni podremos ofrecerles una verdadera esperanza.

En el mundo hay alimentos en abundancia y, aun así, enormes cantidades se desperdician. Entonces, ¿por qué esos alimentos no llegan a determinados lugares?

Según esta enseñanza, es porque todavía existen lugares donde esa ayuda no debe llegar de esa manera. La naturaleza funciona manteniendo su propio equilibrio.

Si seguimos dando indiscriminadamente a lugares que aún no están preparados para recibirlo, en vez de ayudarlos, podríamos debilitar su capacidad de crecer y sostenerse por sí mismos. Por eso es necesario comprender el equilibrio y reconocer que existen personas cuya responsabilidad es estudiar y resolver estas cuestiones.

Entonces, ¿qué debemos descubrir?
¿Qué debemos encontrar y resolver?

Estas son cuestiones que los intelectuales y las personas con conocimiento deben asumir y solucionar.

Si nuestros intelectuales logran comprender y resolver correctamente los problemas de nuestro propio país, esas soluciones podrán convertirse en modelos aplicables a la comunidad internacional para ayudar a superar dificultades en otras partes del mundo.

Cuando desarrollamos soluciones que realmente benefician a las personas y a la sociedad, la prosperidad económica puede surgir de manera natural, sin que ganar dinero sea nuestro objetivo principal.
