Bul - Hok(不惑,불혹) : Not Being Deluded (Article 15). [Korean Interpretation Summary]     ■ Bul - Hok(不惑,불혹) means not being deluded or led astray by the myriad things of the world.    ■ If the mind is upright, it becomes bright, allowing all things to be reflected clearly within it.       Thus the distinction between the ugly and the beautiful, the refined and the coarse,        reveals itself naturally.    ■ Since clarity is achieved even before one tries to discern things intellectually,          how could one ever be deluded.    ■ However, if the mind is not bright, it is as if layers of blinds or curtains are drawn over it.        Even if things are running or flying just outside the blind,        one cannot tell whether they are beasts or birds, ultimately falling into delusion.    ■ Inshort, the most righteous person is the wisest.       An upright mind is like wearing clean glasses,       while an unrighteous mind is like looking theough dirty, heavily stained glasses.   [English Translation of the Original Text]     ■ 不惑者는 不惑之於物也라 心正則明하고 (불혹자는 불혹지어물야라 심정즉명하고)        "Bul - Hok(Non - delusion) means not being deluded by the myriad things of the world.          If the mind is upright, it becomes bright."     ■ 物照於明이면 自顯其醜姸精粗하여 (물조어명이면 자현기추연정조하여)        "When things are illuminated by this brightness, their ugliness, beauty, refinement,          and coarseness naturally reveal themselves."     ■ 不待我別之而物先於明하나니 何惑焉이리오 (부대아별지이물선어명하나니 하혹언이리오)       "Without waiting for my intellectual discernment,          things manifest their clarity first, thus, how con there be any delusion?"     ■  心不明則如隔重簾하여 簾外의 走的飛的이 (심불명즉여격중렴하여 렴외의 주적비적이)        "If the mind is not bright, it is like being separated by multiple layers of blinds.          Even when things run or fly just outside the blinds,"     ■ 不知是獸是禽이면 惑遂生焉이니라. (부지시수시금이면 혹수생언이니라.)        "one cannot discern whether they are beasts or birds,         hence, delusion arises from this."    [Key Concepts for Better Understanding]       ● Bul - Hok(不惑,불혹) : Astate of mind that is steadfast, clear, and free from                                               illusions or worldly temptations.      ● The Mirror / Glasses Metaphor : The text implies that the mind acts as a spirght               mirror or lens.
