How Fish Communicate summary (Ruby)

 Althiugh fish cannot speak, they are always communicating with other animals. See how they use their bodies to send messages to others. Fish have no spoken language, but they can make sounds. Some fish use a musle attached to their swim bladder. When it moves, the swim bladder vibrates and makes sound. In this way, the oyster toadfish attract their mates. 

 Other fish create electricity to communicate. Electric eels use special organs to produce strong and weak electric shocks. Strong electric shocks are used to frighten their predators. Weak shocks are used to send messages to other. 

 In deep water, there is no light. With light organs, lantern fish can find food. The light from these organs attracts small fish, so lantern fish don't need to go hunting.
